Rein Fire Ranch will always hold a special place in my heart. My husband and I were lucky enough to get married at this beautiful venue a couple months ago and my day was even better than I could have imagined. My husband and I found out after the fact that some things did not go to plan, but thanks to our team of people (including Rich and George) we had the best day ever. I cannot say enough about how amazing Rich and George are, not only as venue owners, but also as day of coordinator and DJ. Thank you both for making our wedding day perfect!

Best day of our lives! It was the perfect day and reason #1 was because of rein fire ranch. Rich and George know how to do weddings! They were there every step of the way, from planning meetings to day of making sure me and my now husband stayed happily in our bubble. They are reasonably priced for how expected venues to be and they have tons of great add ons that save you money from having to purchase items that you will only use once!

So grateful for this venue and the owners. The beautiful acreage of the venue left us with so many prime photo ops. Couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day ❤️

We cannot recommend Rein Fire Ranch enough! They 100% knocked it out of the park despite challenges and mistakes made by our caterer. They were extremely welcoming and even let us bring our own horse for the ceremony. I did not enjoy the experience of wedding planning, I found it extremely overwhelming and challenging, but thanks to Rein Fire Ranch, I was not only excited for the wedding day, they helped ease my anxiety during the planning process by being completely on top of their game and having schedules, recommendations, packages for bar & DJ, etc!!! I cannot be more grateful we chose their venue and would recommend it to everyone!!!

Both my Husband and I really wanted to get Married at Rein Fire Ranch. After the fun tour we went on with Rich, we were sold. Rich sets up meetings multiple times before the wedding to help plan the wedding day as well as help with vendors, the layout for the wedding day, the DJ timeline and much more! We did not stress at all, because everything was covered in our meetings to ensure our wedding day went smoothly. We decided to have Rich be our officiant as well and he did not disappoint! He took the time to learn our love story and was able to bring it to life during our wedding ceremony. It really brought a beautiful touch. George did a wonderful job with the music making sure all transitions flowed together and we had a lot of fun working with him. Rich and George run a very smooth ship and we really appreciated how organized our wedding was. They provide a wedding timeline for the day to ensure everyone knows what's going on and they kept us on track. Our wedding day was perfect and I am so grateful we got to meet them and share our day with them! If you are looking for a place to get married with beautiful views and wonderful hosts, please consider Rich and George! You will not regret it! 🙂

Rein Fire Ranch is a stunning venue, and Rich and George are key to having a memorable event! If you have any questions, they will guide you, and their choreography is the backbone to a successful day! I highly recommend that you follow their suggestions - my two most magical moments were watching my daughter walk in from the carriage with her dad while her brother sang, and listening to the amazing toast from her eldest brother! Options like the Mobile Mule Bar and Horse and Carriage entry are extra, but certainly add to the fairy tale. We couldn't have found a more perfect fit for Tira and Joe's wedding!

Such a beautiful venue, would 100% recommend to anyone getting married! We had the best experience and the day ran so smoothly thanks to Rich and George the owners of the ranch. They were so very helpful throughout the whole planning process and offer so many deals, packages, and just help so you can have the wedding of your dreams. They also have a ton of partners like DJ’s, Floral, Photography etc. so you don’t have to look everywhere else. We had the most amazing wedding day and I couldn’t have imagined it any other way. My daughter’s wedding was held at Rein Fire Ranch in July of 2024 and I can’t say enough great things about this venue and the owners! The venue itself is beautiful and excellently maintained!!! Their policies are on point, their contracting is easy and the information and suggestions they provided along the way was invaluable. Rich and George, the owners, are easy to work with and they definitely know what it takes to hold a successful wedding and reception. The way they have structured their venue and work with the various vendors ensures the planned event is executed flawlessly. (My daughter and I also attended one their open houses and met a number of their recommended vendors, several of whom we hired - they were excellent). Rein Fire also offers a number of add on packages - we had lawn games and Percy the Mule bar service - Percy was a HUGE hit! The wedding was beautiful and as stress free as possible with the bride, groom and guests thoroughly enjoying the day and celebration. Thank you Rich and George for helping to make my daughter’s wedding day wonderful!

Planning a wedding in WA from the East Coast was a bit stressful but RFR was the first and only venue we needed to look at. Even through a Zoom tour, we were in love instantly! The venue was spacious, beautiful inside & outside ceremony options to choose from, and our guests still praise the views overall. Rich and the day-of coordinator really went out of their way to make sure our wedding day was perfect - and we truly could not have asked for a better day.
