So I just walked in this place to see what services they offered.
apparently I did not meet their profile requirements as they were more put out and lack luster than anything. I felt like I was imposing. Tore card up immediately upon leaving. Big mistake on their part. The old adage applies. You should never judge a book by its cover. I'll assume it wasn't a good fit because no one in my social circle would tolerate or make excuses for that indifference. I'm sure I won't run in to any of their customers on our next vacation with Silver Seas. those of you ranting about their fabulousness my opinion is you can due better. Good luck.

Had the pleasure of working with Ryan Mielke .....amazing!!! I was absolutely blown away by his genuine concern for our trip. He made us feel like we were part of his family. He cared about our trip wants while making sure all of our needs, even ones we were not aware of, where met. Ensured we will have the time of our lives. I am absolutely giddy with excitement with what he has planned for us!!

The agents here are nothing short of spectacular. Travel across the country several times and year and things are bound to go wrong, but, day or night, working or not, they have ALWAYS pulled through to help me with booking a new flight, finding the cheapest and most direct routes, changing routes/layovers, or figuring out how to use a voucher! Also have recommendations for traveling that really help. A very knowledgeable staff! I cannot recommend this travel agency enough!!
