I have lived here for almost 7 year and have had a really good experience at Regency place.My boys loves the pool 🏊‍♀️. I love my apartment. Management is awesome. Dean is super helpful and resourceful. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done in a timely manner. Staff makes sure your move is as smooth and fast for a smooth move in. Dean the property manger is awesome. He always try's to have fun activity for children and adults to participate in the club house. Dino the maintenance manager is the best. He fixes everything fast no matter the obstacle. He keeps the property and pool clean and beautiful for the tenants. I have no complaint. Wonderful team and a beautiful place to call home 🏡.

Dino was great! Always responsive and knew what he was doing. The harbor group mgmt staff was an absolute disaster. Heather and Rose had the absolute worst communication skills. Basically non existent. When they did get around to communicating it was rude and unprofessional. They constantly blamed each other for not doing their jobs. They never walked the property. They did nothing about the drug dealing that was going on. They refused to accept responsibility to clean the dog park on a semi regular basis. They promised a shade for the dog park and that never came. When they got tired of all the complaints from the responsible dog owners of dog poop not being picked up in the park, they felt their only solution was to lock the whole place up. Then when the immediate backlash of that solution they responded at first by saying that there were many more residents who approved of the choice. Then shortly after I was given that answer later that day there was an email where they changed their tune from park will be closed for several days to park will be closed while we sanitize. They never did anything about any of the in building smoking complaints. The a/c systems are connected. One of the neighbors live on the same floor as the drug dealers who chain smokes in their apartment. All of the apartments stunk on that floor as well as the hallway. The neighbor could not use her ac because it would bring in all the smoke smell and the place was unlivable. She and her daughter complained for over a year about the violation until she couldn't take it anymore and left early. Then she was charged $6000 by the staff. Lawyer got involved it was settled and the 2 weeks after that, almost a year after she had moved out, they tried to charge their another $2500. Oh and let's not forget to mention that in a different building a couple of neighbors had told me about a drug addict/psych patient who neighbors complained about for 10 months....the addict robbed the one neighbors and had a couple of addict friends illegally living in her apartment. The cops and ambulance were there on a regular basis having to take her away in an ambulance and then one day the neighbors in the building smelled a new smell. They complained for a week as the smell got worse. Heather and Rose did nothing about it. Finally someone checked.... It was not a happy ending for the girl.

0/10 would not recommend.

We are always well taken care, particularly with maintenance work order requests. Dino is extremely responsive, typically responding to our request within 24 hours. He is exceptionally respectful, and he is always willing to accommodate our schedule. We are very appreciative of his hard work, and the work that he does to keep our apartment as good as new!

The maintenance and management team are amazing. Rose and Heather in the office are so great to work with. Anytime there’s an issue they are quick to respond and fix the issue. I’ve been here since 2017. My children love it here.

Regency Place is a great place to live. Rose in the leasing office is always pleasant and greets you with a welcoming smile. Very eager to answer any questions and address any concerns. Dino the maintenance gentleman is very friendly and professional. Always explains what he is working on and does amazing work. Issues are addressed very quickly. Great place to live !!!!

Rose the assistant manager is the best! So nice and friendly made my transition go very smoothly. Love the place and people are great. Dino the maintenance person is the greatest guy ever. I’ve only been here 6 days and already know we found our forever place

My husband and I are fairly new to Regency Place and so far we have had nothing but a pleasant experience here. From our first meeting with Rose Marie Sweeney in the leasing office, she has made us feel welcome and has gone above and beyond to make sure any requests have been met and Rose's follow-up is exceptional. She is truly an asset to the Regency Place team.
