I worked with Events by Reese last year for my wedding. Ryan is very nice, and he ended up doing a great job with the draping at my Indian fusion wedding. I had to give them 3 stars though b/c he was very hard to get in touch with and sometimes would not return my phone calls or emails for weeks. It's not that hard to respond to someone's email with "I will call you back at (date and time), sorry I am busy right now." Instead, they left me in the dark. This totally stresses out a bride if the vendors are unresponsive. B/c of this, I would be hesitant to hire them again or recommend them to a friend.

To be honest, they were such a wonderful group of people and they really did do everything to make my wedding the best it could be. Pricing was great and their stuff is beautiful.

But I'm giving it 2 stars because the wedding coordinator (the daughter of the couple who runs this business) wasn't there for at least 2 hours of the event. I had my Dj and my 2 photographers running the show because she was no where to be freaking found. She missed my bouquet toss and to be honest i didn't see her much after that accept once when she apologized for it.

I asked for drapery that never came, i asked for a fog machine, and the ceremony was supposed to be a lot more decorated. Flowers weren't too impressive for the ceremony, everything else was great.

Embellished Event Planning got the pleasure of working with Reese Events for a wedding on March 14th. The team is great at responding to vendor emails and questions, and the were very timely on the day of the wedding! Very easy to work with! Highly recommend Reese Events Group for your next event.

Poor customer service I was trying to use them for my wedding went in person for an appointment and was told it would take 5 days to get my quote and guess it’s a sign they never got back to me in a timely manner about my quote and I sent email and texted and no reply not even an explanation so I am taking my business somewhere else.
