Nice ramp. The guys that were working in the bait shop were very nice and answered all our boating and fishing questions. Very hard area to navigate into the Gulf if your not familiar with the area. Sure wish they had pull thru trailer parking, but only because I'm not very good at backing up. Would definitely recommend for the friendliness and cleanliness!

Mainly I love the location because you can put your boat in close to the backwaters of the Ten Thousand Islands and still have easy access to the Gulf of Mexico.

Ample parking for boats and cars, ship's store with marine gas and diesel, picnic area, and restrooms available. The hours are from 7 am to dusk, 7 days a week.

Only $4 to launch a non-motorized boat, ample parking and a wonderful starting spot to explore the back bays and small keys around Marco Island. We were treated to numerous dolphins right outside the boat launch area.

Perfect place to start your day of kayaking and shell collecting. Plenty of free parking. (Except if you want to go camping on the island because no overnight parking is allowed.[only reason for 4 star rating]) The place we rented the boats from dropped them off. While the tide is going out is the best time to scoot over to Dickman Island and wander down along the beach. Then another quick paddle leads you over to Kice Island and to what I call shell heaven. Take plenty of buckets and a small shovel/rake to dig through the shells. Remember to only take shells that are abandoned and leave the live ones to enjoy their salt life.

We rented kayaks for the family from Paddle Marco and had the most amazing time! Left at 7 am and practically had the place to ourselves. Great shelling and spotted several dolphins!
