Rachael did the day-of coordination for our wedding, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her services. Looking back, the only thing I would’ve done differently is reach out sooner—or even opted for her full planning service.

Rachael was amazing and ensured everything went smoothly on our special day. I was blown away by how much goes into wedding planning that I never would have considered. She took care of every detail, leaving nothing overlooked. Rachael was prompt, always available, receptive to all of my ideas, and made everything run seamlessly.

On the day of the wedding, I was a nervous wreck (nothing to do with Rachael or my vendor team, just me, lol), but Rachael kept me on track and made sure I had everything I needed. There was so much going on behind the scenes that I didn’t even know about until afterward—Rachael just handled it all with ease.

We will forever be grateful that our paths crossed with Rachael and that she was available on our date. Looking back now, I can’t imagine how the day would’ve gone without her. (Like seriously, it blows our minds to think about)

Rachael and Ryan have run many of the weddings we have hosted at our venue, and you cannot go wrong by using them! They are amazing, anticipating everything before it happens, and they do it all with an astounding amount of peace. They make the wedding fun and easy so you can just relax and enjoy your day. I just had my wedding on October 14th, and I literally can’t rave about Rachel and her team more. They quite literally made our day fly so smoothly, anything we needed Rachel or her team were there. Whether it was a glass of rosé to calm my nerves, or helping me with my dress! They were there for ANYTHING! I have so much love and admiration for what they do. Leading up to the wedding Rachel answered every phone call, text message, she was on top of EVERYTHING with vendors etc. She is an absolute dream to work with and she made our vision come to life, it felt like something out of a movie. Simply AMAZING! Rachael coordinated the most epic baby shower with such attention to detail! I sent her a few pictures from my Pinterest, she put her own elegant twist on it, and brought to life one of the most special days for me and my soon to be little. She did everything, from decorations, to the food and dessert table, to hosting the games. Definitely will have her do more of my events in the future!

Rachael was the day of coordinator for our wedding and Ryan officiated it. They made the whole experience so fun and stress free! Rachael was the wedding coordinator for a wedding I was DJing for and she is everything you could want from a wedding coordinator! Responsive, proactive, and excellent communication. She ran the event perfectly and was prompt to keep all the vendors updated. I especially appreciated that she reached out beforehand to connect. Most coordinator's I've worked with I don't hear from until day of. You can tell she is truly passionate and caring of what she does! Highly recommend her!

What a fabulous experience for my amazing bride!! I work 60+ events per year and work along side many planners. But I must say what a stand out experience for my lovely client and myself as a vendor! Lots of communication and was even brought a fan to my workspace while glamming up the bride to stay cool during summer!! Bravo to this team and the kindness in the effort brought to make sure the brides day went off without any issues! Can’t wait to work alongside you all again!
