Excellent hotel! Our room had a nice fridge with a separate freezer, not one of those tiny thin inside-the-fridge freezers. The bathroom areas have full dispensers for shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion, and not those tiny useless 'free toiletries' you can find at some other hotels. Internet is great and there is an actual very nice couch and table in the room. We really liked this place.

I got two different prices from the app. The hotel could be a gem but I doubt it from the white trash I saw and the front window that was open near the desk. I didn’t stay because I knew I was about to get charged more than anyone else staying there at the current moment. And as usual they were communicating with one another via car alarms.

This was my second stay. The room THIS time was better than the last. No real amenities though. A guest laundry would be nice. And, if you're an early riser....you have no access to the snacks inside.

We reserved a king bed non smoking. When we arrived, after a 7 hour drive, the receptionist gave us keys to a room that proved to be a smoking room. She insisted that was the reservation, until she saw the copy on our phone which said King, non smoking. She claimed they had a new system which made the mistake and all they had left was 2 double beds, for which she charged us more. She said “take it up with the manager when you check out tomorrow.” Which we did.|The manager was, frankly, unpleasant and reiterated it was the systems fault. Further, she said your reservation was for a smoking room and we should be thankful they gave us a non smoking room.When I showed her the reservation she reluctantly agreed it was for a King non smoking. She ultimately charged us for that, even though we didn’t get a King room.|This is a 2* hotel. You would think their public relations skills would be more pleasant. Frankly put, the manager’s demeanor was nasty.|Steve B.

I've stayed in over 10 Red Roof Inns, and while this particular location had some issues, I'm giving it 5 stars because of the owner's outstanding diligence in resolving them. What truly stands out to me is their willingness to listen, show compassion, and prioritize my experience. Mistakes happen, but the effort to make things right is what matters most. I really appreciate their dedication to ensuring I had a positive stay. Keep up the great work, and thank you!

Owners were very friendly and out going.rooms were some what clean but could of had alot more attention. House keeping very lax on most areas of the rooms. Breakfast was great.

It was a good location, right off the highway! Also the room was regular, nothing to crazy to say about it. It was clean which counts the most and also a friendly cat that hangs around that u might see if u stay there lol.
