My husband and I just spent a glorious week in Punta Cana and stayed at Bahia Principe Fantasia. It was our first time ever in Punta Cana! Raysa and her team made our vacation very special! Their attention to detail was second to none! Our room was beautiful, the resort is out of a fairytale and our excursions were amazing! You must go to Isla Saona! Thank you so much Raysa Ruiz Tours and Travel for your expertise and professionalism which helped us make beautiful memories after such a a long and difficult year! We will be calling you again soon to make more memories!

Stay away from this agency. Smooth talkers
What they say you get is not at all the truth. Our one week vacation to D.R for over 4k for 2 ppl at Barcelo Bravo Palace started with being stuck in a airport for 13 hrs with the airlines they booked through Global Airlines out of Tampa. We tried calling multiple times to get ahold of someone@ Raysa Ruiz to explain the delays etc. Finally after waiting over 12 hrs we got a call with not much explanation other then Sorry. We finally arrived at the hotel at 3:30 am totally exhausted. When we woke up the next day we realized we weren’t in a beachfront suite which we paid for as it was dark when we got there. So after another 2 hours and a manager we finally get the beachfront we paid for. So our first day and a half of our trip was wasted because of incompetence booking. I wouldn’t recommend this travel agency to anyone, I mean isn’t that why you call a travel agency is to take care of your travel needs.

We just had our first vacation in 18 months and had an amazing time. We stayed at Bahia Fantasia Punta Caña for a week to celebrate our nieces quinceañera. Raysa and her team made our experience in Punta Cana a memorable one. We were very fortunate to have Raysa Ruiz Tours and Travels on-site guiding us through things like check in, COVID testing appts. as well as making sure we were enjoying our vacation. I recommend Raysa and her team and I am confident and ready to book my next vacation with her and her team.
We had an amazing time, and despite the negative comments in previous reviews, we have no complaints whatsoever and be rest assured that Raysa and her team go above and beyond to ensure her travelers have an amazing vacation.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. We were promised things that WERE NOT TRUE. Apparently we couldn’t choose our seats and we were all scattered in the plane in completely different seats, but when we booked the trip they told us WE WOULD ALL SIT TOGETHER. We also were promised baggage included, but we only had 1 free carry on and we had to pay 40$ For the bags that weren’t carry inside but they never mentioned any of this to us. Over all I’m very disappointed, I put my trust and my friends and family trust with this company and we were let down. Like I said.. IF I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS I WOULD.

I booked a tour to Turkey in the month of September with Raysa , it was a wonderful time , I will recommend to anyone . Is a little hectic but is a tour and is how it goes to be able to visit different places in turkey. Good experience .

Great Agency. I've been working with Leena for my Punta Cana vacation and she is very knowledgeable and courteous. I ask a lot of questions and she is very patient and explains everything in detail. I highly recommend the team at Raysa Travel.

This travel agency is against the first constitutional ammendment of the United States 🇺🇸, they are capable of taking your money out of your pocket with no consent. They make you pay for things they do not give you, they are not professional at all. Worse company you can travel with! Lies and lies every single time, please run away from this company, not recommended at all. Worse experience in my life.

They promise what they can't provide. Sell you packages and once your at your traveling destiny is nothing like what they sold you.
