The set up was fantastic and the tents and accessories we rented from them were great! The team that set up were very helpful and considerate of what we wanted for our vision for the wedding and we’re happy to work with us on what we wanted ! They responded to any questions or concerns right away!

I booked this company a year before my wedding that just happened June 10, 2023 they were amazing!!!! Anytime I needed to contact them they would get back to me right away, any changes I had to make they were more than accommodating. They have an excellent show room that you can go in and hand pick what you want for linen etc. we got married in a field and rented everything from them! Everything went off without a hitch from the delivery to the set up, to the take down! Our wedding night was beautiful and the staff were amazing to deal with. Highly recommend would use again.

Hopefully it was a one off bad experience. We were shorted water glasses, wine glasses, steak knives, and plates for our wedding. Raymond brothers did apologize and drive out the missing items to our venue, I was happy with that.

The manager in the back was very kind and apologetic.

We were told that Raymond Brothers wanted to purchase our charger plates that we owned. I spoke with a seperate manager there and when I was offered quite literally peanuts I politely refused. She turned away from me and walked away without saying anything, Ive been in my profession for 15+ years, and I've never seen anyone not say thanks for your time or acknowledge someone. It's disgustingly rude to walk away without saying anything just because I did not want to accept an offer.

I booked my wedding day rental items (tent, tables, chairs, linens, plates, cutlery & chargers) through Raymond Brothers this past July. From the beginning they were amazing with communication via email/phone and were accommodating with our change of date and change of tent size. We went for a walk through in person at the show room and picked out of all items we wanted and day of everything was delivered and set up in a timely manner & with no damage. We were very happy with our decision to go with this company and would most definitely use them again for a future party or event. Thanks so much everyone for making our day possible!

I had wonderful customer service from Raymond Brothers up until my actual wedding weekend. I rented a tent, among many other rental items from Raymond Brothers for my wedding. The tent was delivered and set up, and the employees said they would leave the tent walls for us to set up ourselves. However, they did not leave the tent walls on a weekend that had a ton of rain and was very windy. Needless to say my decor was blown all about after set up and a ton of it got wet. We called Raymond Brothers countless times with no answer, which turns out they are not open on Saturdays and they do not provide an emergency contact number. If anything goes wrong with your tent/ rentals on the weekend you essentially have to deal with it yourself. When I emailed with my concern (of not having tent walls and it adding additional stress on my wedding day), the response I received the following week was "sorry we aren't open on weekends and hope all went well for your wedding with the lovely weather"... it rained right before our ceremony and during the reception, and it was so windy we had to lay down a ton of our decor. Then they stopped responding to me altogether. Disappointed with this service and would highly recommend to others to select a company that is open and available to requests on the actual day you are having your event. I feel as though they collected my money, and then didn't actually care about the service.
