I think they suck. Online the price for having a paper printed out is .20 cents for black .30 cents for color but when I went I was charged .50 cents. The librarian did it for me, which I thought was nice until the print came out to big. I told her the print was too big on the first line of printing. She continued to print 14 pages. At .50 per page. I also told her I looked it up before going and told her the price it said. I know it seems petty but when you don't have an income, it becomes an extravagant price which is a luxury I don't have. So, instead paying 2.50, I had to pay 7. Something. I was quite upset.

Nicest library I have ever visited. The librarian was super friendly and helpful. Since it was our first time visiting, she gave us a complete tour and answered all our questions before we even had a chance to ask them. I cannot stress how awesome she was, and how welcome she made us feel.

Absolutely love this place and the ladies there and the gentleman that is always fixing things! Lol you guys watched me through my pregnancy and now my baby is 2yo!!! I love your library and even though i have moved to walnut ridge i will still continue to come to The Randolph county library!!!

The Randolph County Library in Pocahontas is a gem. My husband and I spent several hours over the course of two days there doing genealogy research. Particularly helpful was employee Maureen Barron. She worked tirelessly helping us find relevant information and searched microfiche record for obituaries and census records. The results of our search were tremendously enhanced by her professionalism and friendly manner. I recommend the library greatly.

The local library has an outstanding staff! They are always helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and cheerful. The library offers a wide variety of services and adds greatly to the makeup of our community!
