Diving with Raising Cain Spearfishing first and foremost is an absolute treat of a time. We have went with them several times and once with a diver who was pretty out of practice. Matt was patient, understanding, and helped our diver go down and was an absolute master at his craft. I’ve seen some of the best diving spots that you will only get to see with someone who knows the area like the back of their hands. I’m starting to get into spearfishing and Matt is my go to guide to get me into the sport. If you are looking for a super enjoyable time, with a fantastic host who will cater to your every need then book Raising Cain and don’t worry about anything! YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE A BLAST!

I have been lucky enough to go on dive charters around the world and Raising Cain is easily one of my favorites. The boat is clean and well maintained. The staff is knowledgeable and can accommodate new divers to seasoned know it all divers. I personally go for the spearfishing and the most important part is they have ALWAYS put me on the fish!!! Highly recommend

Wow! I have been on a bunch of dive charters. All of them mixed groups with rec divers and spear fishers. As a spear fisher I always feel like an aside. Matt and Allen are spectacular, we dove all day, site to site. The clear unambiguous goal was to get fish. Very well organized, on time, provided me new lessons to get more fish. I will be back. I cannot wait to get back out in the gulf with Raising Cain.

Can’t say enough great things about our experience with Raising Cain Spearfishing Charter! Captain Matt was dead on with drops and put us on the fish. DM Casey was fantastic and made sure we had an enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. Great outfit and excited to go out with them again soon!

I called the Raising Cain guys due to the good reputation they had-and we were not disappointed-

We are free divers- (no tanks) and Matt and his team were more than accommodating-

We were on vacation and don’t get to spearfish that often- so having a good guide was pivotal- showing us some good spots where we were able to take some good fish!

Highly recommend !
