This was my first time parasailing. The captain of the boat and his assistant were the main reason our experience went well. They were amazing. The instructions were clear. They played gorgeous island music which made us feel like we were in the tropics. They made us feel safe. There were 6 passengers total. They answered all questions we had.
I'm sorry I don't remember their names but the captain had medium length brown surfer hair and the assistant had brown hair, darker.
Don't forget to bring tips, they appreciate them!
As far as the parasailing, pretend you're at the other end of the kite up in the air. That's what it felt like.
You have the option to be dipped in water at the end before you come in, while you're in the air.
The 3 of us were quite squished up in the air. It would be better if you went alone or with 2 people side by side. Unless it's 3 smaller people, that would work.

The kiddos had the best time. I would like to Thank Fletcher and Chandler for all they do! They were awesome!! Also, I would like to Thank Ryan for working with me when making my reservations! We did the zip lines and ropes course and had an absolute blast. We finished up our visit with a ride on the go carts. Early season and there was just a short wait. Julian, the attendant at the carts, was probably the nicest young person we have encountered in Pensacola Beach. We had a nice chat, and he was thorough at his job. Definitely an asset to the company..

My family had so much fun! It ended up being rained out halfway and it was fun seeing the workers get excited to bring the customers in off the water. It was super cute, my favorite customer service experience in Pensacola. Highly recommend!

We visited here around a year ago, and the crew was great, from check in to the parasailing adventure itself! My kids were able to go twice, once with my wife, and then with me. The boat crew was top notch, and safety first then fun was their top priority!

Had an absolute blast. Very good experience. Would highly recommend the Dolphin Jet Ski tour. Christian was an amazing tour guide and did an awesome job!!! Make sure and ask for him to be your guide! You won’t be disappointed!

First time parasailing! These guys were fun!

Update 6/29/24: We returned for my birthday and decided on jet skis this time. The staff was very organized and informative. There is a vast jet ski area to cover. The staff made sure to check on anyone that had stopped on the water. We had a blast!
