The rooms had roaches. We saw one the morning we were checking out. Other members of our family said they saw some on Saturday morning. The location was good for us as it was the closest to where we had to be.

This was a nice hotel, but they are doing work on the outside. The staff was very professional and kind. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Kudos to the staff !

Brandon, night time reception, was cool and accomadating. Outside of that, I'm very unhappy. I was given the room closest to the lobby so we heard EVERYTHING that happened from the lobby forward. House keeping knocked the first day at 8:33am. I didn't place the DND on my door but I quickly fixed that. I spoke with the receptionist and she quickly apologized and stated that house keeping was supposed to come at 9am! Never in my life have I experienced house keeping at 9am. That is absolutely WILD, some people could still be sleeping at 9. About the rooms, I attached 3 photos. Despite prompt house keeping, we found a dirty band-aid under the bathroom sink and dried blood in two different spots on the bedroom curtain. WHICH IS CRAZY. Simply replace them, that is NASTY. King size bed was nice though

I was pleasantly surprised with kind staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice room and clean only exceptions, tv did not work and a/c would not come on. I was only there a few hours, so i did not worry about it. Also had difficulty linking wifi to my laptop but like I said I was coming through on business so it was fine for what I needed it for

We had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff especially the lady at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience! There was a wide variety and delicious choices for the complimentary breakfast as well.

This a clean place to stay. The front desk representatives are courteous and kind. |Hotel rooms are reasonable priced for the quality that you get. I have used the hotel off and on for 3 years while working locally. It has been consistently the same even after all these years and multiple stays.|I will stay here again when back in town.
