This is definitely the worst quality in I’ve ever stayed in. It was dark, dingy and smelled so bad in the halls. The smell of weed was definitely coming from the carpet, calling, walls, rooms etc. it was incredibly loud. Almost no insulation. The rooms look good on first glance but they are horribly maintained. There is nothing quality about those rooms. I would expect a company of this size to take pride in their rooms…guess not.

The breakfast was fine, one of the waffle irons is broken (just replace it please), and the food is heater in a microwave in a closet.

Staff was somewhat friendly.

COCK ROACH!|If you like bugs, this is the hotel for you!|I knew going in that this was a lower end hotel.... I did not expect a cockroach in the room. When I called the front desk, I was told that since the hotel was "in the woods" and therefore "all the bugs come in". Sooo not true- they have a cock roach/bug issue. Our room was changed. There were bugs in the next room, but not cock roaches. |Do you like to see variety of textures on your carpet? Then this is the hotel for you.... about 20 cigarette burns on the carpet and crumbs all along the edges of the carpet. |Do you like to see the interior of walls? Well, then again this is the hotel for you... towel bar barely hanging on the wall. I touched it and plaster spilled onto the floor. |Do you like to see through the door while in the bathroom? Well again, this would be the hotel for you... the door does not fit the bathroom opening so you can see straight out of the bathroom. |I would have given it one star, but the front desk staff was very nice. |I cannot recommend this hotel.

Came here for kid's roller skating meet. I booked at the last minute and decided on it bc of the reviews. The last few places we had stayed at have been awful. At this place it was clean, no construction, no mold, no musty smell, the staff was courteous and helpful, it wasn't too far from the roller rink or stores and restaurants. We were upstairs and I think that helped with sound and not smelling marijuana. I wish when I booked it it was a little cheaper but the closer to Boston it seems the more expensive. All in all I would definately come back and explore some of the museums in the area. Thanks for being a pleasant experience.

Positive: All staff are so nice and super helpful. Negative: In my room 134 the drain in the shower and sink were clogged the sink had hairs in it long dark ones. Not a good first sight of my room. Other people's hairs creep me out.

Me and my family loved it here. All the people that work here are so awesome too! Kelly checked us in our first time staying here. She's awesome and so is Michelle. Maria does the breakfast thing in the morning and she rocks it. All the rooms we've stayed in, never had a problem and there super clean. Love the pool here too. See u guys next time 💯

One stop on a 3 week road trip. Upon entering the room, a strong smell from a plug-in hit us. I had to remove it because it was so overpowering that I could taste it. After a while, we knew why it was there. The room stunk. They must have been trying to cover up the smell from dogs. They advertised pet free, but we heard a dog barking early the next morning. I asked women at the front desk and was told that they allowed service animals as she shrugged her shoulders. She told me that they had a guest currently living there several years with 3 dogs. Ok, I get it, but she dismissed me. We must have been in a room that had had animals. Something I would have liked to have known ahead of time. We discovered that after walking around barefoot in the room, our feet were filthy/black. The same woman at the front desk held up a little card and said we just had that carpet cleaned and again dismissed me. The breakfast was served in a very small, very hot room. People, including employees, smoke near the entrances. I've stayed in older facilities in the past, but this one is one of the worst.
