Don’t listen to the bad reviews! I was worried after reading the google reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised even we got there. The room was nice and clean, everything worked fine. There was great water pressure in the shower too. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, the bed was clean and cozy and the room had all the basic amenities. I would definitely stay there again!

We checked in late with no reservations. Paid almost $100 for the night. As we entered the room, we were greeted with unbearable heat. Everything we touched in the room was hot. The heater was on full blast. We had to leave the door open and put the A/C on to try to get comfortable. We ‘slept’ on top of the covers all night, it was 32f outside!!! The white face cloths were grey. I’m not going to mention the awful breakfast. On a happier note, the bed was pretty comfortable. We were able to park right in front of our room. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Positive: "" Negative: Couch was completely broken, smelled like smoke, just generally dirty, but we were only staying one night, so it served its purpose. Breakfast was lame but they had a waffle maker

This hotel does not have indoor corridors. I was traveling alone for business. Once I got checked in, I went to my room. The door had been kicked in before and I could see DAYLIGHT. I asked for another room, and the front desk clerk did move me. But I couldn't shake the feeling that the room had been broken into before and they didnt even change the door. I did not sleep at all and I would never stay here again. The bed was clean. But there was a gigantic place in the ceiling that had been patched like a 3 year old tried to patch it. Spend a little more money and stay at a nicer hotel

Absolutely vile. Sheets were not changed before we arrived. The fitted sheet had a fresh stain, and there were hairs all over the sheets and pillows.

The carpets were stained, and the room reeked of smoke. The breakfast was pitiful, and there were no employees available to speak to in the morning.

I checked in and the person who helped me at the front desk had a bad attitude and talked to me as if I was an idiot. The only thing I thought about was leaving early. The room was clean and comfortable but the front desk workers are not friendly.

I booked this hotel based on its location, THEN saw the earlier reviews on Google. I did not experience the same poor conditions as others described. I found the room clean, bug free, and all items in good working order. The bed was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but given the price of the hotel, it was better than expected. The parking lot was well lit giving a sense of security.||Overall, this hotel is a great value and well within reach of Nashville.

The only thing I’ll give 5 stars is the location because my stay was horrible. I got a room using my choice account at which I’m a Diamond member. Staff was very rude from the start, and refused to honor the 2 hour late check out that you get with being a Diamond member. They also accused me of having more than just me and my girlfriend in my room, and then said they were going to have to charge a $100 deposit, and if they catch anyone else sleeping in the room they would not be giving my $100 back. I was over it, and just ready to go to my room. The room had a strong odor, and it felt like something was biting my ankles the minute I stepped in the room. Room was dusty, and had spiderwebs with actual spiders in the webs all over the room. One even covered the door, we had to move it before entering. We checked in very late about 3 am so we was ready for bed. Woke up with bite marks on my body just an hour after being asleep, can only assume it’s bed bugs. Staff banged on the door at 8 am, had me walk all the way to the office, and tried to get us to check out early. I’ve never been treated like this in my life. Especially when I had another reservation. Not only did they not let us keep the same room, they were trying to check us out early right then and make us wait until 3 to check back in to my room, and make me pay another $100 deposit. Needless to say, we got a refund. I will never stay here again in my life.. The owners don’t care about the rooms nor their customers. They seem to only care about money. Had the owners actually been nice and not so rude I would have left the review alone, but I’ve never in my life been treated so badly by hotel owners/staff before. Or woke up 3 hours before check out, and expected to check out early. I advise anyone reading this to never come here.
