The staff is courteous, professional and friendly. I only had one problem and it was resolved within minutes after I reported it. Huey, the maintance man was great, my door to my room wasn't shutting properly and he fixed it quickly. All the staff at the registration desk were great, I was greeted whenever I enter the hotel. Thanks for making my stay so pleasant.

1st Walking in, this Hotel is much prettier than other ones I have been in. The room was huge, bathroom was big. It was clean. The mattress was AMAZING!!! So soft and squishy! Slept like a baby.
Price was right. They serve hot/cold breakfast 6-9am. The location is right off of I295 so it is easy to get to. Not many restaurants, you have to go to Blanding for anything good.
Now the cons...
I had a light not working. Notified the front dest. Maintenance came after a few hours. He couldn't immediately fix it so he said he would be there in the morning to fix it. We stayed 3 nights - he never came back to fix it.

Guys, let's manage our expectations here. It's a mid-economy priced hotel next to a lumber yard and the interstate. It's not the Ritz Carlton.
The room we had was perfectly serviceable. HVAC worked, the bathroom was clean, the sheets were clean, the TVs worked, plenty of clean towels, and the breakfast was just what you would expect from an economically priced location. Only downside was the mattresses on the beds were a little soft for my liking and felt kind of past their best but not a big deal.
Special mention to Kim, the night front desk clerk. We checked in after midnight (yes, you should always call if you are going to check in late - it's not difficult to be accommodating) and she was bright, pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Had a problem with the RFID room key first time around but she happily fixed it and moved us to another (nicer) room for the inconvenience.
Pets are welcome here - we were traveling with our dog and the service could not have been more helpful during the stay.

This entire hotel stinks of mold. Rooms, hallways, lobby, etc. The odor hits you the minute the lobby doors open. It's a very unhealthy place to stay. It's been in this condition for a long time. But for me, the worst was yet to come. The SHEETS, THE BEDDING, THE PILLOWS all infested with lice or some other parasite.(scabies, chiggers, crabs). These parasites are so small that they're invisible to the naked eye. BUT, you sure can feel these ravenous monsters, biting, pinching, clawing their way into/onto your skin. I had only been in the room for a few minutes, sitting on the bed, and was going to get ready to freshen up. But then "they" came out to bite the hell out of my arms, legs, hands, etc. This was all so disturbing...I don't know how the hell they get away with filth like this. So the Parasite Palace continues to exist under a new name. And it's still the most disgusting, dirtiest, unsanitary hotel I've ever encountered.

The 2 stars is only because of the friendly staff when I checked out. Besides that, the whole thing was awful. Price didn't matched what I was told on the phone, there was mold on the bathroom in different places as you can see in the pictures and the hallways had an awful moist smell. Again the staff when I checked out was very friendly and kind to me.

Rooms are clean and alright and staff is good. No working internet, yes they technically have it, but it is incapable of loading google even. Way overpriced for what you get. If you have any work that has any online component or in college then hope you are paying for a Hotspot if staying here or you are probably going to have to camp at a Starbucks or something.

Went to check in at about 10 p.m. wouldn’t take my card cause you have to have a major credit card to check in. Found away to pay for it the next night they refused to let me check in for my last three nights I booked because I didn’t check in the first night. They told me they were not giving me my last 3 nights and wouldn’t give me my money back. When I said I wanted to speak to a manager they called the cops. The place wasn’t that nice to begin with so the place isn’t great and the customer service is even worse!!!

Rude front desk worker is a young lady who thinks making customers wait while she tries to help another potential customer with a "technical difficulty" I simply asked if she could check me in as we waited for 15-20min due to this "technical difficulty"She stated she had no one else to check me in and I would have to wait until she's done. After she finally finished 30mins later I offered constructive criticism to let her know I felt she was wrong in making us wait while they dealt with this "technical difficulty"as I already was booked and ready to go to my room. She stated she didn't agree with me which is fine but however after speaking with the Manager Mrs Parker?I see that this is common they don't value customers time or experience.Stay away unless you like feeling disrespected by no older than 30yr olds who need to be working in fast food Not the leisure industry!
