Edit for the owners: There seems to be an issue with your systems where you can't find the log for any bad reviews. Might want to get on top of that.

Just avoid this place. Not worth the headache of dealing with rude owners if you do have an issue.
Stayed here for a few nights when I was in college, they were rude then when I had a minor issue. Stayed here again last year (I didn't choose the hotel), overheard another guest having a small issue, and it was handled the same way...with belittlement and chastising.
To be 100% fair, the room I had was clean enough. No bugs. Carpet was worn, with some crumbs on it, but not disgusting. TV was functional. All things to be considered and accepted with the price of the rooms.
If the owners would fix their disposition it would be a solid 3/5, but it is what it is at this point.

We have stayed at this location quite a bit. We have always had the best experience. The owners have remolded alot and the place is looking great. The staff is always friendly and helpful and accommodating. Sometimes there is a language barrier but it is not a problem. They have upgraded their breakfast recently and it is definitely a nice change. The staff does a wonderful job keeping the rooms clean and smelling fresh! We are very appreciative of what they do here to make our stay a pleasant one.

This place needs a major remodel, breakfast selection is horrible, no ketchup, juice machine is out of order, no honey. Pillows in the room are way to fat, bathroom door doesn't close correctly, mirror light keeps flickering, latch is broken on the door, tv remote doesn't work.

Stayed here 1 night room has no heat. Working on room next to me no tv half the night no heat. Went to front desk she said we'll i didn't rent you the room. Offered me another room at 10:30 pm over this place been her since 2pm.

MOLD & MILDEW warning! Whole place smells of mold! We opened the door to our room and had to catch our breath it was so pungent! Sofa in our room was an active biohazard!!! Looked like body “fluids” in several places!!! Fridge did not work! Not a QUALITY-Quality Inn for sure! We or our crews will NOT be staying at this location ever again! Property owners definitely need to put dehumidifiers in every room! Place definitely needs TLC! Throw the sofas out and put a table and couple chairs I. The rooms! It would definitely be more hygienic!
