I recently stayed at the Quality Inn Allen - Plano East and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a Holy Bible in the bedside drawer, which added a thoughtful touch to my stay. Additionally, Moe at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The hotel’s amenities, including an indoor heated pool and sauna, provided a relaxing environment. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. Stayed here during a convention nearby. Rooms are clean, spacious and well laid out. Staff was courteous and cleaning crew made sure we had everything we needed.
It is an older hotel but well cared for. The pool area is clean and lovely.
The breakfast is typical hotel fare. They have fresh waffles; muffins, cereal, oatmeal, fruit, breakfast burritos, coffee, juice.

This place sucks!!!! We are disabled and showed up here with our service dogs. States that it is pet friendly!! The manager, who would not give his name or a business card, proceeded to tell us that we had to pay a$150 pet deposit. He also told us if they found one dog hair, our deposit would not be returned. Then proceeded to tell us our service animal paperwork was not legal. We canceled and stayed next door. I would definitely not recommend booking this place!!!!!

I recently stayed here for 2 days and overall the experience was just ok. The room was clean but the mattress was a bit worn out. The breakfast was underwhelming as all they offered was waffles, yogurt, cereal, muffins, juice and milk. They also had microwaveable bean burritos which I passed on. I didn't feel like making a waffle so I just got breakfast elsewhere. But I will say the room was fairly inexpensive so there's that.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
Roaches and bugs I switched rooms multiple times.The manager is a short very rude and obnoxious indian guy.
Housekeeping speaks no english.The place has a bad odor in the hallway and rooms.There is no elevator.breakfast is the bare minimum.The hot tub was broken and the pool is cold and dirty.not heated.when I checked in the grumpy manager wanted to charge me an extra 30 dollars to check in at 130pm.
For an extra 15 bucks go stay elsewhere.
The hotel rooms screamed 1969 and the toilet overflowed twice.At 3pm without knocking the houseman walked into my room.I had the do not disturb sign on the door.Luckily I was dressed and not showering at the time.I have no idea what he wanted as he spoke no english.

Stayed here because I was in town for a two day work convention and I should have spent the extra money to stay somewhere else because this place is a step up from an hourly motel. The entire place smelled MUSTY. Our bathroom was relatively clean but the mirror had some sort of dirty stain on it that wasn’t cleaned or removed. On top of the room itself being musty and dusty, the beds themselves are so worn out and uncomfortable. Fingers crossed they didn’t have bed bugs because that’s how this room came across.

My parents came in for a few days. The hotel went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and get settled in. The next time they come up to Plano, they will stay here again. Definitely recommend Quality Inn Allen on the service alone.

Positive: Indoor pool and hottub Negative: Restaurants were vlosed around the hotel. Service dog not allowed in accessible room, which I paid for. They downgraded our room. No fitness center. Pictures were outdated.
