Can't say enough good things about working with QFS. Chris, Jeff , Nick and everyone else I've dealt with have all been great. I purchased the Liebherr 930 excavator from them and everything was simple and easy. Can't say enough good things about the dealer and the Liebherr product line. Be sure to check them out if you're in the market for equipment.

Me and my partner dropped off are 743 bobcat for new bearings on the rear axles. The service advisor insured us the labor was about 1600 dollars plus parts so we dropped it off to them to get the work done. They have the machine for almost a full work week , we have been calling once a day to get updates. They finally called to tell us the parts were over 1,000 dollars we are talking about seals and bearings for both sides we are able to get the parts at bobcat for 200 we fully understand the markup on parts but what and how does it become 800dollar markup its very hard to even wrap my head around this. So a job that was quoted 1600 plus parts became 3700 how does this jump 2100 . This is very bad business and I don’t recommend anyone going here for any work and if you do get ready for price gouging.

That was a very methodical reply from a business owner. We dropped off our bobcat for a bearing service. Nothing else. We know the bobcat has other issues and needs attention, but the machine was not there for a diagnostic. The machine was simply there for you guys to perform, a bearing job on both axles. Nowhere in your reply do you state what was wrong with the bobcat or any other parts other than bearings so please enlighten me and tell me what a $2100 up charge is going to be. Being rude to your staff And being upset due to a $2100 charge are two different things. As a business owner, I would think you would understand the frustration level being that we work with our machine every day and we were bold face lie to your company. We never asked for a diagnostic we asked for a certain job to be done and performed by your company in which you guys went out of your way to diagnose anything other than the bearings and haven’t even told us what that job is. We were told the parts were going to cost over $1000 for bearings and seals. Nothing else all we ask is for a little transparency and clearly your business is not into that. The floor is yours please explain. Also the end of your reply to the message from Kyle my business partner you stated we haven’t paid the $98 diagnostic fee yet and come pick up your machine free of charge their lies the problem we never asked for diagnostic of the bobcat we asked simply for a bearing job.

Was told a job would cost 1600, dropped off my equipment, told them the issue, was verbally assured a diagnostic would be preformed at no cost because i knew the issue. a week later they called and said job was gonna be 3700, I said no, and the told me I need to pay 98 bucks for diagnostics. If your forced to do business with them because of their nitch market, make sure you get EVERY SINGLE DETAIL in wrighting, otherwise they're going to knife you in the back. EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: as my partner suggested, your parts upcharge WAS $1000 when both sets are 65 bucks online. (Again i understand upcharge but wow)Even with that upcharge the total would have been 2600. Yall added an additional 1100 ON TOP OF THAT. After assuring me the total labor would be 1600, and assuring me the diagnostic would be free of charge because I told you I didn't want one I knew the issue already.then you had my machine almost an entire week at the end of the season (crunch time) Maybe check on the staff I was "rude" to and make sure they're not lieing to create revenue flow.
