I won't take Margeaux to any other groomer. I've brought her when she's been overdue and they are very understanding. She gets excited when we're on the way there. Thank you Puppy Luv for taking care of my fur baby.

Today we took our baby for the first time and we regret doing so. They did such horrible job clipping his nails and keep denying it, I would never recommend this place and will keep our previous groomer, Petco.

Today was our first time using this groomer after being customers at Petco for the last 4 years. We took our Siberian Husky puppy in and the experience was great. They cost was definitely worth it, my dog looks and smells good, the customer service was amazing. Even when I called to book the appointment I was so surprised at how welcoming and pleasant the staff was. We will definitely be back and will be bringing our other dog as well!

Presley came home all happy . The staff is wonderful. They truley care about each of the pets that they take. Presley came home with a cute bandana . I highly recommend them.

Not great. When i used to bring my dog here he would become aggressive and cry when i handed him over to the groomers and when we would pick him up he would be all depressed. We decided to change groomers and he was never aggressive towards the new groomers and was excited to go. That says a lot. Not coming here again
