Warning, I do not recommend doing any business with this company. It’s a complete ripoff. Read the additional notes. That’s where they usually place smaller text on the reservation contract. They minimize critical details and it may pertain to your location. It may place you 30 miles plus from your requested destination. This could be hours with traffic. This is not a solid company be careful!!!! They can make travel a nightmare 😩😩😩😩🥺🥺🥺🥺😩😩😩😩😩😩😩

Reservation Department,

I do not agree with any terms of the attached document. Nor do I consent to any of the information within. I utterly dis
agree with the smallest text noted in the additional notes added on this document, that modified my requested location without my consent or notice within 30 days.

From the time of notification of this reservation I rejected the terms and no mutual agreement have been reached. I have made numerous attempts to secure Miami which was listed on my original request. I have not received any phone calls to resolve my concerns. I have not been provided additional information for an alternative location.

I feel I am being bullied. This is your company’s method of trying to force a contract that was not agreed to. This is fraud and I do not agree to the terms within, none of it. This is my response to the reservation, I did NOT accept any terms whatsoever. This is my response on Monday September 12, 2022.

I noticed another discrepancy in the subject “ Re: URGENT-NEED BY 12 FRIDAY”. I’m not sure which month this is applicable for but it leads to much confusion as with the small print and the information communicated thus far. This is outrageous. It is blatantly overreaching the marketing terms. It does not encourage the purchase of any vacation products with you or any associated partners.

Nothing was done to date, this is terrible 😣

A SCAM! advise anyone who wants to travel please use a recognized travel agency!, not only do they not book your trips because of “unavailable” dates, but they Convince you to pay for a lifetime package where your package never expires and then proceed to tell you that they can’t find that in the system. Also when I was told a manager was to call me back not one manager had called me back or anyone called me back until I called and Called and then only did a representative call me back.. still no manager call after 3 weeks, oh and the problem was never solved nor was any of my almost $2000 CAD refunded.. WATCH OUT!!!!!

Te obligan a ir a charlas de presentación en los hoteles que te hospedan para ofrecerte una venta de “vacaciones compartidas”... la forma en que te obligan a ir a esas charlas es que a la hora de hacer check in en los hoteles tienes que dejar los datos o un voucher de tu tarjeta de crédito con U$350 dólares que te los cargarán si no asistes a esas charlas, y si por ventura no quieres dejar ese Voucher con tu tarjeta de crédito, entonces no te dejarán hacer el check in en el hotel, y no tendrás el alojamiento que pagaste con anticipación. Esta horrible experiencia de tener que ir obligado a esas charlas no te lo dicen cuando contratas el paquete vacacional, sino que te llevas la sorpresa mucho después de que ya pagaste por el paquete. Te das cuenta cuando te envían un correo con la confirmación de tu paquete vacacional ya pagado, y cuando llegas a los alojamientos a hacer el check in. Es una falta de honestidad por parte de PTM travel que no te digan esto cuando te ofrecen el paquete vacacional.

OPINIONES FALSAS. todas las opiniones positivas de este lugar son FALSAS sino ven los que opinan bien solo tienen registrada 1 sola opinión. Obligan a los empleados a opinar bien sobre este TERRIBLE LUGAR. Las opiniones reales son todas malas porque esto es UN ENGAÑO. Primero te estafan vendiendote paquetes vacaciones donde luego te hospedan en hoteles mediocres que al final te cuestan el doble de un hotel de lujo. Y luego TE OBLIGAN A RECIBIR una Charla terrible de casi 2 horas para venderte otro paquete estafa y si no asistes a la charla te penalizan con un cargo de 350 dólares. ESTAFADORES !!!!!
