I hired Professional Party Planners for our nikkah/reception in Nov 2023. Henna and her team went above and beyond what I had imagined for our decor. She made everything we had discussed come to life in the best way and was very accommodating until the last minute when I asked for a custom entrance mirror design.
By far my favorite decor item was the real floral centerpieces and my bridal bouquet, they were more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and worked perfectly with our color scheme. Would definitely work with Professional Party Planners again on any future events!

Henna was amazing. She did such an amazing job for us on short notice with very very reasonable and fair pricing. To be honest, we didn't have the ability to provide a ton of direction because of a family health emergency, but Henna took what we did give her and brought it all to life even more beautifully than we could have imagined. PPP is awesome, highly recommended and would use them again in a heartbeat. She also got us SIGNIFICANTLY better decoration pricing than alternatives for great decor

I began working with Henna in November 2023 when planning my sister's wedding for the following September. Over the course of 10 months, I spoke to Henna regularly where she told me about her planning services, day of coordination, and decor in extreme detail.

She was reliable and understood what the vision was that my sister wanted for her wedding. She was quick to respond, transparent with pricing, and very accommodating to our budget. As we started exceeding our budget, Henna came up with multiple ideas to help cut costs and repurpose items to help us remain comfortable with our vision and pricing while also remaining true to the vision we had curated over the year of planning.

Henna and her team exceeded our expectations and are so glad we went with her services when deciding on a vendor that we felt comfortable with. We are excited to use her services in the future.

This business should be called Unprofessional Party Planners. I had a very bad experience working with the woman, who runs this company. Not only was she good for nothing in terms of planning and contributing ideas, she was not a good communicator, unfriendly with lots of attitude as if she is some type of big shot. I hired this woman for a birthday party, but we basically ended up doing most of the planning and decorating ourselves, because she is extremely overpriced. The one thing she was responsible for was the balloon arch and backdrop, which ended up having some issues. Only a day or two before the party, we found out that she was not even going to be on site. She just sent a few people to set it up. She didn’t even bother to check in with us after the party or follow up to see how things went, which shows a big lack of professionalism on her part. Because she already received her payment, she didn’t give a damn about client satisfaction. It was a busy and hectic time in my life, which is the only reason I hired her for the assistance and because of some recommendations from others. But I definitely will not be recommending her anytime soon. In my personal experience, I would be wary of working with desis for these type of things. I’ve seen that some of them don’t have a good work ethic and are just money hungry.

We had our wedding in January 2024. We had PPP for both the shaadi and valima decor, and the reality matched our vision. Be direct with what you want, and don’t shy away from asking questions or adding things. We worked with Henna solely throughout the process and we made sure to go through every detail we wanted, and she delivered on each request. The final product was 11/10.

Henna is the owner of professional party planners.
Please don’t give her any more business. She ruined our daughter’s wedding stage decoration.
She left furniture that had black stains on the cushions and broken arms and deep cracks on legs of the furniture on the stage. Color of the furniture was faded and old. If you enlarge the picture I have attached you will see.
We had to rush and hire a new company to make things look better. As the guests were arriving we had arrived to. The stage setup is a hard thing to mange they can’t do it days or day in advance they do it on the day of. So in all honesty how would we get a chance to see what it looks like until the day of and very close to the guests arriving. We had to stop all things and attend to her horrible workmanship. It cost us time and more monies and we could not have a barat entrance as planned because we had to attend to this horrible situation. I am placing a picture of before and after the….white dirty broken furniture before and red furniture and red flowers decorations after the new company took over and saved us.
She is expensive and rude and dishonest.
