I am so grateful for Cynthia’s advice and reassurance leading up to the wedding day. Rain was in the forecast the week of my wedding, and talking to Cynthia on the phone helped me calm down so much! Cynthia helped an anxious bride like myself stay calm and collected on the big day. Her team really took care of me and my husband on that day, I was so glad to have them with me at all times! Letting my family and friends enjoy the wedding was important to me from the start of wedding planning, which is why I hired a coordinator. It was really important to us for our family and friends to enjoy the wedding from the beginning of wedding planning. Throughout the wedding planning, Cinthia was always available for any questions that we may have had and helped us tremendously. Its been 2 months since our wedding and we’re still on cloud nine. Prettypink went above and beyond to assure our wedding day was the best day of our lives. Since our first meeting back in 2021 till the day of our wedding day she never seize to amaze me. Cynthia was always a txt, phone call away from calming my nerves and helping us make final decisions. Cynthia was there for venue shopping, decor vision boards, walk throughs, finalizing food menu etc. Never did i imagine i would be calm and stress free the day of my wedding, but i was.I knew we had the best team on our side. We didn't have a bridal party and MOH duties where pretty much handled by Cynthia and her team, bathroom breaks, reassuring i had fresh underarm's and making sure our timeline was running smooth. Cynthia and her team did an amazing job coordinating our wedding! Because of them, our day went even better than we could have imagined with little to no stress on our part. We booked Pretty and Pink about 9-10 months before our date and Cynthia was very communicative about the process and when we would begin planning. About 3 months before our wedding date, we met up for a venue site visit and began handing them over all our details. As the day got closer, Cynthia always made herself available for any questions and changes we wanted to make. Her timeline of events and vendor coordination was unreal! Everything just went so smoothly and on-time and we didn’t have to worry about anything!

Not only did Cynthia and her team do an amazing job, they are also super knowledgeable about the industry and provided great insight on things we hadn’t even thought of. Cynthia even found me an amazing hair stylist last minute!

Cynthia and her team made our day amazing!!! I was able to enjoy our wedding day so much because Pretty and Pink weddings was apart of it! They handled everything, I didn’t have to worry about things with vendors or who was doing what! From the day we said yes to bringing them in for wedding coordinating they hit the ball rolling!! With only a few weeks left before the wedding they were able to help with so much! I loved talking with Cynthia. She helped calm me in some of my most stressful moments! As a mom of three small kids with one being a newborn and with only 3 months of planning!! Her and her team were such a blessing to meet! I want to have another wedding or have family get married just so we can have them apart of the day! Everything ran smoothly and i had no worries at all! From rehearsals to day of set up to ceremony and reception they made the process feel so easy and stress free!! They really do become friends with you and I’m so thankful for it!! My only regret is we didn’t find her and hire the team sooner!!!! The best!! Very professional, respectful, patient and just so amazing! They’re very knowledgeable about the business for vendors and styles and getting great deals and so much more! A definite recommend!! ♥️

One of the best decisions we made during the wedding planning process was hiring Pretty and Pink. Cynthia and her team made it possible for us to enjoy our day. They were very easy to work with and communicated well with us and with our other vendors. They took care of the timeline and made sure we were able to include everything that was important to us. They also made sure all of our vendors were on the same page weeks before our wedding, as well as, the day of. After our ceremony, Cynthia made sure we ate and she bustled my dress in like two minutes flat! I had a lot of guests comment that our wedding was very organized and flowed smoothly, all thanks to Pretty and Pink! Cynthia and her team are simply the best. The day I hired Cynthia, which was a year in half an advance. I knew I was in good hands the day of the wedding. I had nothing to worry about my guests and family members continuously complemented how wonderful Cynthia and her team were - the entire day was seamless and I was actually able to enjoy my day thanks to the Pretty and Pink team. Often times many brides underestimate the advantage of hiring a wedding coordinator. I was able to contact Cynthia anytime. Even after the wedding we still check in with one another.
