I had an absolutely amazing stay at this beachfront condo on Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island. The condo was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and provided everything needed for a relaxing getaway. The views were simply breathtaking, with picturesque sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico that I will never forget. The beach itself was quiet and peaceful, offering the perfect spot to unwind. The host was fantastic—a great communicator who made sure every detail was taken care of. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to local shops and restaurants. I can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at the Bayberry Cottage South 3 yrs in a row and each yr everything was great. Perfect location, right across from beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. AMI trolley stop is only a 1 min walk. House is well maintained and has everything you could need. Private pool is perfect after a day at the beach. The customer service is excellent!!!! They provide you with all the information about the house and area ahead of time and communicate with you throughout your stay. Any questions I could possibly have aaked they already answered ahead of time. Highly recommend and will visit again.

Stayed at Bayberry cottage on Anna Maria island for a week. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. Early check in (2 hours) was allowed with zero hesitation. We received multiple texts throughout the week to make sure we were taken care of. The house was clean and nice. Heated pool was a plus. Only negative I could give was the beach chairs/umbrellas provided could use an update. Hardly enough to subtract from our experience tho. This particular house was located a couple miles each way the hustle and bustle so the beaches were very quiet but as a trade off you have to hike 2 miles for dinner or drive (we had a car). I’ll take the quietness over walking distance to restaurants. Looking forward to another stay with portfolio on Anna Maria island.

Charming home that is a short walk to the beach. It is a comfortable home with a full kitchen and everything you need to start your stay. It does need some maintenance and TLC in some places but the price and distance to the beach more than make up for it. Great communication and check in was a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay

We absolutely loved our week at Sail Away! The house was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of room for our party of eight adults. It was exactly as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked. The outside space was tropical and so pretty. We loved all of the outside seating, bar, and TV. The pool was nice and so clean with 8 lounge chairs and two Adirondack chairs. A previous review stated the pool was too small for eight people. We thought it was the perfect size. However, the pool temperature was very warm, especially for August. I think the pool heater was running the entire time, which really isn't necessary in August. There were pool floats and all of the gear you need for the beach (6 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a small cooler plus a slightly larger styrofoam cooler, 8 beach towels, and a beach buggy). Just a short 8 minute walk to the beach. Communication with the property manager was fantastic! Thank you to Mike for being so awesome!! One thing the house could use is more plastic hangers in the closets and a small dorm like fridge in the bar area. Overall, the house was fantastic and we had a wonderful time! Anna Maria Island is beautiful. It was our first time here and it won't be our last. When we come back we will rent this house again!

The House (Sail Away) was as described. Kitchen well stocked with all supplies needed. The pool area and outside space was very comfortable. It would have been even better if there was a refrigerator on that level seeing we didn’t have large coolers to keep things cold and needed to go up and down often when having a pool day. The living space is nicely decorated and layer out. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our group. The downside was there were only three beach chairs for our party of 8. The wagon was great, having a second would have been ideal. All and all ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We would stay again!

Wow. If I could only give 10 stars. I just left Sail Away and I want to return very soon. The location is great, nice quiet area, but close to the beach. The home was big enough for my family. Communications with Portfolio Vacations made everything smooth from start to finish. The house was very clean and well stocked. Kids did not want to leave. I will return to Anna Maria soon and use Portfolio Vacations again.

The place was fantastic. The owner was awesome. He worked with me cause our flight arrived early and left late. The beach was private. Being able to take a break and make lunch without packing everything up is priceless. Everything was amazing. Thank u 🙏
