I have toured close to 900 wedding venues in 27 states, this was my first wedding venue site visit in Illinois. Pole Barn Chic offers a beautiful blend of old Hollywood glamour, New Orleans energy and farmhouse, countryside elegance. The manor house offers chic, sophisticated design features and luxury amenities to elevate guest experience. The dressing suites and prep space is abundance and stunning. You are not going to be crowded or disappointed during wedding day prep. The brides suite is simply gorgeous! The "party garage" is a space for gaming, pool, cocktails, 80s style video games, crane machine and other entertainment options to get the party started. The Pole Barn is amazing, truly. The owners brilliantly designed this wedding and event barn. It's flooded with natural light and white features create a happy, elegant feel to the space. There are chandeliers, grand stairs leading up to a balcony overlooking where the wedding reception would be, you know, for added drama and wow factor. There is paved parking and paved walkways leading to and from event spaces. This for me is a big deal, trudging through muddy pastures for event parking can really ruin a good time and thanks to the added upgrades the owner put into this wedding and event venue, Pole Barn Chic guest will not have to worry about rainy, muddy days. Walking impaired guests will have easy access around the property, again ensuring that all guests can feel welcomed and enjoy their visit. The grounds are stunning. The drive into the property is lush and green, lots of trees and a beautiful pond with fountain. There is a wooden fence lining one side of the property giving that countryside, farm feel to the property. All in all its one of the best laid out, exciting, unique and lovely wedding venues I have visited. I adore the owners and their team, they truly love what they do, they love hosting weddings, birthdays, parties, corporate events, company events, Quinceanera's, anniversaries, etc... I had a 5 star experience here and I think those who choose Pole Barn Chic will be absolutely thrilled they did.

What an amazing time we had last night at the 1st Annual Pole Barn Chic Events Mardi Gras Party. The venue is amazing & everything was top notch from the decor to the food/drink! Oh & the band & led dance floor had everyone moving/grooving. Coolest venue in the Springfield area. You definitely need to check it out!!

Had the most wonderful time at the gorgeous new venue for Mardi Gras! The ticket was worth the price and so much more - from the food, the ambiance, and shuttle/cart service to the Nola band, themed drinks, and photo opportunities… everything was perfect! The staff were professional and attentive. My favorite part was a tie between the second line parade and the beads and goodies thrown out to guests! Every detail was thought out, even the real Bourbon St. was being shown live on tv screens! Thank you for such a magical night to remember, filled with confetti.

My daughter had her shower and reveal of my sweet granddaughter and I couldn’t have been more please for the amazing display that was created. I shared the theme and the team created a magical backdrop from there. So many compliments. I was in complete aww! Made for some gorgeous photos. Thank you so much.

Pole Barn Chic Events hosted an event for Illinois Women in Leadership back in March. We had the event inside the house because our group was a smaller group of 50 women. When we toured the house I was inspired by the Wizard of Oz art that was around the house & thought, we could do a theme party! We had Emerald Eats cater the food (as they are one of the approved caterers). We had games & decor all over the house. The staff was incredible to work with - they made planning so easy! Every e-mail or phone call was answered promptly. They did everything they said they would do for us & then more - they all went above & beyond. I highly recommend this venue & business. I am hoping to be able to use the Pole Barn for a larger event! It is incredibly gorgeous!

The owner Nick and Audrey were very courteous and professional. My wife and I were originally planning a ceremony outside and weather forecast forced us to try to find a place for our ceremony inside. Nick and Audrey were friendly, and accommodating to our needs even though we contacted them last minute about things. They went above and beyond with customer service and made our ceremony a day we will truly never forget.
