Wonderful getaway. Quaint yet well appointed. Clean and bright. Amazing common areas inside and balconies for gathering, soaking in the panoramic views, or relishing in the tranquility. Owners Maria and her husband are welcoming and dedicated to making your stay just as you would expect. I wasn’t very good at navigating the booking site so I just called the hotel directly. I got Maria! She reassured me that this was a perfect place for my sister and I to spend the weekend. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the white sandy beach was a mere 3 minute walk… but we didn’t have to walk because a courtesy city golf shuttle picked us up! We walked to dinner and slept in… just because we could! Highly recommend this beautiful boutique inn and Bradenton Beach!

Great location, super close to a bunch of fun restaurants and things to do! The beach is the best! Loved the amenities at the Inn like the hot tub and pool (hot and cold)! The hammock in the back was so great and the waterfront view from the roof deck was stunning! We stayed on 3rd floor next to kitchen and hangout areas! It was a great time!

Maria's place is EXQUISITE! We chose this boutique inn over the typical Airbnb rental home. From the photos and reviews alone, we saw an opportunity to have a great stay and a unique experience. The game room and kitchen right outside our room, all the natural light from the huge windows on every wall, the many balconies, the pool, jacuzzi, and rooftop patio... JUST WOW! Even the decor and interior design exceeded our expectations and reflect high quality taste and style. Not quite hotel, not quite rental home. Perfect for my wife and I while we celebrated our 23rd anniversary alone on Anna Maria Island. The property is 2 blocks from the sprawling Bradenton Beach and 2 blocks from the lively Bridge Street. Just far enough to be totally away from the business of its weekend bar scene. Although there were 5 guest rooms, we felt like we had the pool, kitchen, and game room to ourselves. We only ran into another friendly guest once in 3 days. The place only lacked in one area, and that was the absence of a washing machine and drier for guest use. They must add that to the list of amenities in the near future to put their ratings well above and beyond all other Ana Maria Island hotels/rentals of this class. My wife and I will definitely be back to Bradenton Beach and to Playa Esmeralda Boutique Inn, and Maria's place will be highly recommended to all friends and family considering a visit to Anna Maria Island. Maria is a 5 star host!!!

Great views, beautiful roof top sunsets, wonderful location, very short walk to the beach, great restaurants, and bike trails. Equipped with everything you would need: beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, robes, slippers and a kit of toiletries. Nice and friendly small staff that are very attentive if you need them, otherwise they leave you alone. Sheets and towels are clean and crisp. Some of the decorations had a little bit of dust, but overall a very clean room deserving of the 5 stars. Fun island with loads of places to discover or just go and relax. Beach not crowded on weekday, but weekend gets more crowded. Being able to walk to the beach and not having to park at the beach is a big perk! We will be back!

Playa Esmeralda Inn is a great hidden gem conveniently located just across the white sand beach and beautiful sunsets!

Our host Maria made it so easy to check-in and shared extremely helpful information, making the experience that much more pleasant!

I will indeed return to Anna Maria and stay at the Playa Esmeralda next year!

My husband and I loved staying at the Boutique Inn. It was a beautiful place with so many extra's. We loved being super close to Bridge Street, less than 5 minute walk, for night life, and a short walk for beach access. If you want a romantic little getaway, this is a wonderful place to go.

From the moment I walked in I loved this place. It felt so calm and peaceful and was so cleaned and smelled so fresh! I loved the colors and decor of the place. I loved the layout and the room felt spacious and well appointed. I loved having such a large closet to put all our things. We would have loved to use the outdoor rooftop lounge area but it rained too much during our stay. We were able to go up once at night and it was a beautiful city view but we didn't stay long as it was too cold. We loved having use of the hot tub (and the tv above it) but you need to know to turn it on about 45 minutes before you actually want to use it so it can heat up. We liked having use of the kitchen just know the kitchen isn't for actually cooking though but use of the microwave and fridge/freezer and sink. It suited our needs though and we enjoyed a couple bakery items they leave out for guests. The windows on the kitchen floor gave such a open wonderful view as well, it's just so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed playing a game or two on the arcade and playing a game of pool as well. Maria was quick to respond and very helpful when we had an issue we needed resolving. We walked to dinner one night but didn't walk much any other times because of the rain but the place is in a nice location for walking to the beach or restaurants and some shopping. I would add photos but honestly the place looks exactly like the photos show on their website. I highly recommend staying here. I think it is a place of tranquility!

Beautiful and amazing home. Close to Bridge Street shops and beach. Definitely my fave home in Anna Maria Island.
