We contacted Lorraine needing advice and assistance in planning an anniversary trip to Europe. She took time to get to know our interests and then suggested Croatia. Her familiarity with the different parts of the country, and sites not to be missed was excellent. She planned a custom 12 day trip for us arranging lodgings, transfers, private guides and activities. We enjoyed a wonderful and worry free trip thanks to her attention to details. Lorraine was the best travel agent I’ve ever had!!!! She was on top of everything with our trip! Even though we were in a foreign country with different time zone the emails were sent to us right as if she was with us in Spain and that meant everything! The excursions she suggested were awesome. I recommend her and will use her from now on!!! Thank you for an excellent experience and Seville was beautiful!

We recently took a trip to Portugal and sought help and advice from Lorraine at Cruise Planners and we are very pleased. Lovely hotels, very well done private and semi private tours, on time transfers when needed, and excellent advice on using Euros, debit and credit cards abroad. We’re so old, we remember AmEx Travelers Cheques!! Our itinerary was clear and all tickets and reservations were sent in an organized travel packet.
We highly recommend booking with Lorraine, you won’t regret it.

Lorraine Whittemore from Cruise Planners set me and my friends up with the most awesome trip to London. We stayed at the recommended Clermont Victoria Hotel, (pictures included). We couldn’t have asked for a more plush hotel. Our accommodations exceeded more than our expectations. The hotel was in walking distance to all of our planned excursions and attractions that Lorraine set us up for. Lorraine has always followed through with our travel plans including making sure we reach our destination and always follows up with any questions or concerns we may have regarding any trips she’s planned for us. Our trip to Iceland was incredible!! Our adventure went off without a hitch thanks to Lorraine with her awesome directions and planning guide she made for us! Having purchased the Wi-Fi from car rental place and her guide we were able to maneuver around the island with ease seeing all she mapped out for us. The river cruise up the Seine to the beaches of Normandy was very nice. I am glad we had this opportunity to visit all the sights along the way .

The second part of our trip, spending several days in Dublin was most enjoyable. From the taxi ride from the airport, we were informed of places to visit during our stay, which proved most helpful. The only downside was when I had falls, one in France, which the crew members were quick with assistance. And one in the bathtub at the Trinity Hotel, across from Trinity College entrance. This hotel was nice and served great meals but was readily lacking in conveniences for those who might need Handicap facilities. Other than that the time spent in Dublin was most enjoyable, as was all flights on Aer Lingus.
