When I reached out to Jennifer at pineapple escapes for info on a fun trip, I had no idea she would go all in! Gave me many options in places to go, types of accommodations and details on so many things I didn’t expect! She was quick to help answer any questions I had about the travel and checked in on us once we arrived in the DR to make sure everything was great! Working with her was easy and definitely will be doing again. She picked us a beautiful place to stay and I didn’t have to do a thing but show up. The BEST way to travel!

We have used Pineapple Escapes, and Samantha, for several vacations now and have been nothing but impressed with the customer service. She takes the time to listen to all our interests and helps us plan the perfect trip for us (whether it's a couples getaway or a family vacation). During our October 2024 Disney Cruise, a hurricane changed our itinerary causing a shift in all our travel plans while we were at sea. A quick email to Samantha and all our flights and transfers had been changed and we went right back to vacation mode. I cannot recommend this company and their services enough!!

We used Lisa with Pineapple Escapes to book our dream honeymoon at Sandals Royal Barbados! Lisa has a great wealth of knowledge with Sandals and helped to make the process seamless. With her guidance, we were able to sit back and relax after the stress of planning a wedding and know our trip was all taken care of! Also with her services, we were able to enjoy a special honeymoon package, a candlelit dinner on the beach and an off-resort excursion! We would highly recommend Lisa for all of your travel planning needs! Eva was awesome to work with when arranging our trip to Bali. She planned an itinerary that met our needs and expectations. Very patient and responsive. From the time she helped us book our cruise until our return Lisa was the consummate travel advisor. She was instrumental in helping us choose the excursions that we were most interested in, both through the cruise line and her own personal private travel guides. We had one port of call that was extremely challenging in securing a guide and she managed to find us what was needed. She kept up with all the changes in regard to our cruise and immediately let us know when the cruise dropped the price over $1500.00 for certain categories of passengers, and we qualified!! Her attention to details is unmatched by any other advisor we have used. In a word, Lisa is amazing!!

Lisa planned the most unforgettable honeymoon for us in Costa Rica! We started with a 4-night stay at Nayara Springs, which felt like stepping into a dream. The resort was luxurious, serene, and absolutely perfect for a romantic getaway. Lisa even arranged thoughtful surprises, like complimentary champagne in our room, which made our stay extra special. We then spent 3 nights in Manuel Antonio, where the views were some of the most breathtaking we’ve ever seen. Lisa ensured our transportation was seamless, so we could fully relax and enjoy every moment. Every guide she booked for us was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, making each experience—whether it was exploring the rainforest or enjoying the beach—truly memorable.
