This place is horrible and we are never coming back. Don't even know where to begin. It's very old and needs to be updated. The ancient, loud air conditioner either makes you freeze or be hot. There is no in-between. Beds are horrible. Oh and if you want WiFi, you won't be getting it there. I brought my Roku and couldn't even watch anything. WiFi didn't work at all. Their TV looks like it should work, but it's so fuzzy, you feel like you're watching an old TV from the 90's. Plus barely any channels, no movie channels. Unbelievable. And what makes it even worse are the kind of people that stay there. Very trashy and weird, always hanging around the parking lot and watching you. Plus, so many of them weirdly keep their doors open and just hang out, so it's super awkward walking by, especially when unloading or loading the car, and they just sit around the living room staring at you.

They also sit around on the balcony and steal your chairs. They let their little kids run around unsupervised at all hours, making horrible noise. Good luck sleeping. I literally had to sleep with a pillow over my head, but it still didn't help enough. Absolutely ridiculous. And if you ask for a late checkout, unlike a normal hotel, they want to charge $50 per every half hour. That's shocking and absolutely not worth it for this place, especially. Never again.

Stayed in this place Pier 7 Condominiums May 31 to June 8th. This place is nice , and clean. The bathroom is clean, and updated, good wifi,& working tv. There was a microwave , refrigerator, and other kitchen gadgets, utensils that you could possible need during your stay. The location has easy access to the beach, though there is a swimming pool in the property. I will stay again , and will recommend this place to my friends and family.The manager is awesome, helpful, and friendly.She responded quickly to my emails during my inquiries.Thank you Pier 7 Condominiums. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large fridge, kitchen sink, dishes, silverware, microwave, etc. We were surprised at how much space there was. The staff was friendly and available to assist with anything we needed. (I forgot my computer cord and they mailed it to me.) We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and ping pong! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

We were there for the weekend. Stayed there for a night! Amazing place. It felt so homely. The person at the reception was amazing too 🙂 We had our check in at 4 pm and it was extremely hot outside and we were free by 2 pm, we called them and they were so nice that they allowed us to check in two hrs earlier. Would definitely recommend this for your stay!

I have been staying at this time share facility every summer for over a decade. I can't say enough nice things about it. The pool and spa are always clean. The BBQ area and playset for kids are nice bonuses. The studio we stay in is always super clean and every year there is something in it that has even updated. The location is perfect. Plenty to walk to to dine or for activities and then the perfect location on the Cape to further explore either up or down the Cape by car. They also have very inexpensive little activities each week available which can be a fun way to break up your trip. $3 pancake breakfast. $4 art project afternoon. These are the types of things that make if feel like a community year after year. The staff is what makes the place though. I hate to say I don't know the front desk attendant's name, but he's been there forever. He's kind, helpful, and attentive. He is the icing on the cake for Pier 7. Oh! ...and access to the beach is a bonus!
