I will be forever grateful for the lady that was working January 24th 2025 night shift. My mother was stranded in New Bedford mass. We live in Concord NH so it was going to take me 2 1/2hrs to get my mom and the AMAZING woman working allowed my mom to stay in the bus station so she was safe and warm. She even went out of her way to find a phone charger so my mom could charge her phone to keep in touch with us. I wish I got her name. I really would like to thank her again. But my family is forever thankfully for this place and there amazing team. Thank you ❤️

Only three reasons its getting 4 stars. The bus had plugs for you to plug up your charger but none of them worked, there was a weird homles guy trying to ride for free holding up my second bus and it wasn't dirty but could be a little cleaner I wouldn't eat on those buses I don't think your supposed to anyways. But other than that bus drivers are awesome and they give great service! I will be using this bus system again.

TERRIBLE customer service! About the 3rd time I did not get on the bus due to them overbooking in woods hole by selling tickets from through an outside agent not aware of how many tickets have already been sold. BEWARE of purchasing tickets from here if you have concrete plans that can't be shifted. Unethical and terrible customer service.
