Security there dawn to dusk. Fishing amd picnic area... restrooms, and play ground too. Dog friendly... keep on leash... pick up after them too.

Beautiful park, but it needs more maintenance, specifically the bathrooms. 99% recomendado!

Great place to see the sunset, but the guy who closed the place will kick you out before dark. By the way, he's AHOLE.

Nice park and pretty lonely which is a plus. I came Tuesday around 2 pm. There were a few crackheads but police took care of them as you can see from the pictures. Cops were very friendly with us, they were even talking to the kids. [20mins later and the junkies were back (definitely kids should be left alone)]

Homeless people all over. There was even a tent right next to the playground. We saw a syringe. Definitely not a place to take your kids to play...

This park is a hidden gem brought my boys to play on the slides and swings that have shade and they love it. Security on site is awesome ,Manuel and Omar do a great job keeping the park safe and clean.

Perret park is the most beautiful place to visit. Unwind and soak up some of the best views of the mountains blanketed with snow, or the many facets of the lake. This park has alot more to offer and is the little hidden gem of lake land village!I appreciate the use and time here!
