I recently visited this home and it is not the place to have someone take care of your love ones. The first floor is for people who suffer from dementia and it is sadly filthy. The restrooms are disgusting and the little staff that they had at that time was not the friendliest. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she was on lunch and he did not know when she was returning. He said " everyone here takes off for lunch and returns whenever they feel like ". I waited for about an hour and never saw the supervisor. I again asked for her and they said they did not know where she was. This is very sad .... People need to start taking their jobs very serious. Specially when you trust that your loves ones will be taken care of while you are unable to do so for whatever reason.
