I called April 18th to get information about all inclusion resorts and any specials they had coming up. JoEllen said she would put together an email of different resorts and pricing options for us to look at and would call me after she sent it to make sure I received it. Almost a month later I hadn’t received anything. I called today to check back, she was rude and unapologetic. I am very disappointed with how she handled it and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Tried to ask for flight to Philippines and was told they don't do airfare, too much liability and further stated no one does airfare anymore. Lol. Don't waste your time here.
