This letter serves as formal notice regarding a recent incident during a pedal party hosted by your company that resulted in significant financial and emotional distress for our group. Specifically, your failure to provide accurate and reliable information regarding parking locations directly led to the towing of four vehicles, each incurring a $350 fee, totaling $1,500. This incident constitutes a breach of the implied duty of care owed to your patrons and raises concerns about the adequacy of your business practices.

Your assurance that parking in the specified area was permissible was materially false and constitutes negligent misrepresentation. As a business operating in a professional capacity, you are required to exercise reasonable care and diligence in providing accurate information to customers. The lack of clear communication, coupled with the absence of alternative parking solutions, demonstrates a gross lack of planning and disregard for the well-being of your patrons.

Under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices-Consumer Protection Act (DTPA), misrepresentation and failure to disclose critical information are actionable offenses. Furthermore, the disruption of our event and the subsequent financial burden could be construed as damages under applicable consumer protection laws.

Should this matter not be addressed to our satisfaction, we are prepared to escalate it to the Better Business Bureau and pursue additional remedies, including filing a formal complaint with the Texas Attorney General’s Office. We urge you to take immediate corrective action to ensure such incidents do not recur, including:
1. Implementing clear and accurate parking policies with written communication to patrons.
2. Establishing partnerships with nearby parking facilities to secure safe and accessible parking options.
3. Reviewing and improving your operational protocols to avoid future negligence.

We trust that you will take this matter seriously and act promptly to rectify the situation. Failure to do so will leave us with no choice but to seek further action to protect the interests of current and future customers.

It was all fun & games until all of our cars got TOWED in the exact parking lot location they repeatedly told us to park at. The “owner” never answered our calls and we each had to spend $300 out of our own pockets to get our cars back. It was all very shady, our pedal party got cut short because the driver got a “call” that our cars were all being towed. Such an awful experience, especially during the holiday season! Save yourself the stress, this shadiness, lack of communication and lack of professionalism isn’t worth the trouble. I’ll continue posting these reviews about our experience until we hear back from the owners and they make this right. It is not okay to take advantage of people this way.

We had such a wonderful and safe time with Pedal Party staff. We went to very nice venues/bars and our bus was ready and on time for our group. Highly recommend reaching out to them for your next group party....definitely worth it!

Lots of fun. Be careful where you park. The guide didn’t make any effort to clarify and my car was towed. Ask where to park before leaving your car

This is a great fun workout experience. Coming all the way from Philadelphia me and my group of friends had so much fun. Our operator for the night Josh was an amazing host. The late night private party was the best choice. Out operator made our experience one of a kind. This is a must try!

OMG best customer service hands down!!! Plans at another spot “EADO BIG BOY TOY RENTALS” were cancelled due to no fault of our own leaving a dent for 2 hours in my group itinerary for the day. A call was placed to Pedal Party and the owners (husband and wife) left their home, headed back into the city and treated us as royalty. When were tired and couldn’t petal anymore the owners did not hesitate to jump on a seat and help petal. Service was prompt, generous with no hidden fees and even agreed to let us stop at local bars with no cut off time. I would give 10 stars if I could. Money well spent!!! 🤗🚲🤗

We recently celebrated my birthday on a Friday nite w pedal party. It was a lot of fun! We brought our own snacks and and some drinks on board. We played our own music. We stopped at 3 amazing bars! Our tour host (Erin) was really nice too! We really enjoyed our time!!! Would totally do again!
