I stayed in the train cottage and it was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The bed and bedding were so comfortable! The owners offered their basement during the tornado warning that happened during my stay, which I gratefully accepted. I left Martin well rested and with some of Charity's delicious turtles. Could not recommend this location more highly!

This place was a breath of fresh air and quiet. Something different from the regular hotel rooms. Beds were super comfy with nice soft sheets. Heat and air conditioner worked great. ||Truly such a fun and relaxing place to stay. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again! I loved how I could hear the birds singing outside. And I felt safe here!||Easy to come and go and the hosts were super friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stayed in the Davy Crocket cabin. We stayed in January for our anniversary. The cabin was cozy and warm. The fireplace provides an extra touch of coziness and romance. The cabin was also clean and maintained well. The location was off the beaten path, buy easy to find. The area was quiet and we felt very safe during our stay. The owners were very hospitable and welcoming. Martin offers a few nice restaurants that we also enjoyed. We will return again. This was the perfect overnight getaway on a budget.

Best place to stay when visiting Martin, TN!!! We had been hearing about Pecan Grove for years from family members who had stayed there and loved it and we finally had a chance to stay there and it exceeded our expectations! We stayed in the Lincoln Log cabin and it was just perfect for myself, my husband and our teenage daughter. The cabin is adorable and extremely comfortable. The hosts are simply amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we had access to our cabin despite our late arrival time and they were extremely communicative and gracious hosts! I highly recommend staying at any of the Pecan Grove Cottages!!!

We had a wonderful stay in the Train Depot! My husband is a hobby railroad person and he was immediately enamored with the cool antiques and authentic railway pieces. It was better than some railroad museums we've been to and we got to stay! We spent four nights as we were in the area helping our daughter move to Martin and this was the perfect location, convenient to the highway and to restaurants and shopping. The hosts were gracious and responded to requests very promptly. Don't hesitate to book here. We will almost certainly be going back.

Very peaceful location while also being within minutes to great restaurants. The hospitality is superb, and the Davy Crockett cabin offered a nice respite. Everything we could have needed was present. I recommend pre-ordering some of Charity's Chocolates!

Great place to stay.
Clean and neat.
Rooms furnished with many antiques.
Located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Owners are very nice and helpful.
Nicer than any motel or hotel I have stayed at.
Will continue to stay there when I am in town.

Terrific stay at the Lincoln Cabin at Pecan Grove Cottages---don't let the pictures keep you away! Quiet and comfy. Well appointed with a comfortable king bed, TV with Dish TV network, walk in shower, and great sitting area outside. Highly recommend!
