I wanted to plan a cruise for my family to Alaska. I started on line, watching YouTube videos, doing lots of research, but the amount of information was overwhelming--I decided to call an expert: Chris Chase of PBG Travel Leaders--she had helped me plan a glorious family trip to Hawaii for my 50th birthday a while back, and did a great job.

What I loved about working with Chris is how knowledgeable she is, and how she calls it like it is. She told me these are the best two cruise lines for what you are looking for, here are the pros, here are the cons and then I picked.

She gave great insider advise about things like cabin location, flight times, booking excursions, and dealing with the specialty restaurants. She kept me up to date on things like downloading the app, preparing. She took care of all the flight arrangements. Chris made what had started out as an overwhelming, daunting task, seem manageable, and having her there to guide me gave me a huge sense of comfort and relief.

Everything she told us rang true (one tip was that certain cruise lines have slips closer to the ports and you avoid being shuttled which was a HUGE help!) and I was SOOO glad I reached out to her!

If you are planning a trip, you can do it yourself, or you can have a caring expert do a lot of the leg work and tell you things you might not learn easily on your own.

I highly recommend Chris Chase and PBG Travel Leaders and have already contacted her about the next trip we are planning to Banff Canada!

Chris and Bev are amazing! We use PBG Travel Leaders for all of our travel. They have booked several cruises for us. The most recent was a family cruise to Alaska.
