From the very beginning, Pavan’s expertise, warmth, and understanding were evident. Planning such a personal and meaningful day can be overwhelming, especially if you're trying to plan a Desi wedding! But Pavan’s genuine, compassionate approach made all the difference. Pavan worked hard and will meet you where you're at rather than placing any judgement. For instance, we were not able to use real flowers for our event for a few reasons including budget but also severe allergies from family - Pavan understood and helped us find alternatives, he was kind and understanding. When we felt lost or stressed about décor or music, he was there with reassuring guidance, making our vision come to life in ways we could only dream of. Our decor was breathtaking—spectacularly beautiful and exactly how we imagined it. Seeing everything come together so perfectly left us in awe.

The DJ services were equally fantastic! Pavan and his team masterfully created an energetic, joyful atmosphere that kept everyone on the dance floor all night long. We were thrilled to see everyone—from our friends to the aunties, uncles, and parents—having an absolute blast together. It was such a wholesome and fun celebration.

We hired Pavan Events for DJ services and lighting for our wedding weekend. Saying that Pavan did an amazing job would be an understatement. He had a diverse portfolio of music that kept our guests engaged throughout the weekend. Not only that, he gave us his opinions on bharaat logistics and reception layout that made everything flow perfectly; he helped coordinate the changes too. We are still getting comments from our family and friends who have been raving about the music. The dholi was also lively and kept the hype going. The team was easy to work with throughout the process - definitely would recommend them to anybody looking to plan a wedding!

DJ Pavan is exceptional with his customer service and he’s always available to discuss any details. I used him for my wedding and my sister also had him for her wedding. He definitely goes above and beyond to make sure the bride is happy. He’s one of the few vendors in the wedding business who genuinely tries to make the bride’s life easier through the wedding planning process. His prices are very fair and he provides way more than expected. He’s also the most fun and hype DJ for the dance party. He hosts very well as well, keeping the event smooth and organized. We used Pavan events for my Sangeet party. We've actually known about Pavan the DJ and his company for some time he's always been the DJ at Indian parties we've went to in South Florida and being such a popular DJ he's often booked well in advanced. He had done some decor as well as DJ services for us and it was amazing! There are many Indian DJs charging a lot of money for average or poor service because it's hard to find an Indian DJ; however Pavan is worth every penny and gives you full value for what you paid for. He's very nice and easy to work with, delivers high quality work and is extremely thorough in what he does. There were a few mix ups when setting up for the Sangeet party, unforseen challenges and initially Pavan called me but then texted saying nevermind I'll take care of it and completely took charge of the situation and resolved whatever issue came up. This is the level of service people should be looking for when they want an experienced DJ and event decorator. He also did a great job of listening to what type of music my fiance and I wanted instead of just taking our requests and playing whatever he felt like instead which sadly did happen for my reception (Pavan was booked so we had to hire another DJ and definitely wished Pavan was there instead). Pavan is now officially our DJ for any future Indian parties we will throw! Please don't think twice when hiring him, him and his team are the best in South Florida!
