if you’re traveling, they make a great partner helping you prepare for what you may encounter in terms of disease, virus and bacteria. I was most grateful for them, not trying to sell me things I didn’t need.
They gave me helpful tips on foods to avoid, etc.

Had a confirmed appointment at 7:15, completed all the forms and commuted 45 minutes there to find out the doors were locked. Google said Passport Health opens at 7:00. We waited from 7:03 until 7:20, the doors remained locked, no one answered the phone after 10 attempted calls. Called again at 7:30, still voicemail. Left and called back at 8:15, the receptionist I spoke to was not able to communicate effectively in english and had a terrible attitude. She said the doors should open at 7:10. I explained that they weren’t open up until I left at 7:20. She said she would send a nurse down to unlock the door and I had to explain I was no longer there, she could not comprehend or understand a coherent thought. She continued to blame it on me somehow? She claimed to have rebooked us for another appointment and upon checking my email, I found a $75 cancellation fee… so if you want to be charged for THEM not showing up, come here! Just not at 7:15, and don’t expect to be met by a competent person at the front desk. Save your time and energy and go ANYWHERE ELSE. There are other reviews saying they did not show up for a scheduled appointment time, believe them.

After multiple failed attempts to find a clinic that could get our Covid test results within the 72 hour window required by Canada, we were thrilled to find Passport Health.
The travel nurse (Marita) met us at the door with a warm smile. Throughout our visit she was professional, personable, and showed genuine interest in our desire to see my 90-year-old mother.
The cost was definitely worth it and we received our results in plenty of time before our trip!

On my first appt, no one showed up. I, on the other hand, confirmed appt with 4 reminders from Passport Health. For 2nd appt. I was charged $494. for a consult and Yellow Fever shot. I later discovered friends got the SAME thing at UPMC Infectious Disease for $195. - LESS THAN HALF WHAT PASSPORT HEALTH CHARGED. I didn’t check around for pricing. Buyer beware - do your homework and avoid being gouged by Passport Health!!!
