Passionate Event Designs is amazing! Shalon was professional, helpful, and kind throughout the whole experience. She helped guide and bring our vision to life. We received so many compliments on the decor for our party. Sometimes balloons can get cheesy, but not with passionate event designs, the balloon structures, centerpieces, and layout were nothing short of elegant.
