I went to purchase a kings crown for my son birthday and he accidentally dropped it on the floor and it cracked in half so I called Party city for a replacement and I was told that it didn’t happen in the store so I’m not getting any thing in return unfortunately so I looking at the receipt and it states that they will be happy to receive any returns within 30 days of purchase and I call within a day or two of purchase . Fyi, I called many stores around the area and this is the only place with helium right now.

What a wonderful place. Everything is reasonably priced and wonderful costumer service. Special thanks to Sequoia for going above and beyond to help me make a balloon bouquet.

I was surprisingly pleased with my entire experience at this location. Sadly this are of town isn’t known for the nicest store so this store stood out & I was very impressed. The online ordering process was fast n easy & had everything I needed at a great price. Then when I went to pick it up, I browsed the store for a few more last minute items & was impressed w the selection & organization of the store. Found just what I wanted & check out was pleasant. My order was ready as scheduled & they even threw in an extra Mylar “chase” from paw patrol because they obviously noticed my theme & the chase balloon had gone unclaimed & would have been thrown out I’m sure. That was very kind & I appreciated it. Will definitely be using this store again for all my kids parties

Nice and very clean Store. Went looking for ideas for upcoming event. Spoke to an associate about cost to fill balloons, if I brought them in. She was very nice and very informative.

Came rushing to this location on a Sunday at 5:50 pm, 10 minutes before store closes which is at 6pm and they already had the doors locked while the 2 female workers were by the register already cleaning up. A family tried to come in after me as well. The store is turning away customers because the clerks are too lazy to work proper store hours. Why lie about your store hours if you lock up early? Really disappointed as I really needed balloons urgently.
