I went here for an event last week and this place is gorgeous! I wish I would have known about this place when I was looking for a wedding venue. The gazebo area is spacious, the chandelier, and wrapped lighting is so beautiful. Not to mention the beautiful lake view great for photo opportunities.

Paradise Cove was the most perfect venue for our wedding! The team was so detailed and helpful in the planning process and the venue was a tropical, romantic, dream. We had our intimate wedding ceremony here Sept 2024. The entire process was a breeze, Tabitha answered all questions and covered all the details. We toured the venue virtually and fell in love. We managed to have a look in person before our wedding as we were in the area and were so happy! It is stunning! Back up location for rain put my mind at ease - and we indeed needed to use this! Even though our ceremony had to moved under cover , it was still beautiful and did not dampen our spirits. The sun came out for photos around the venue! All the vendors I booked through paradise cove were incredible, the venue took care of everything and made the planning process so easy! Can not thank them enough for giving us the most perfect place to say our vows!
Close to Disney / hotels/ restaurants and was fantastic value! Me and my husband met during Disney college program and lived across the street, so this venue really made sense!

We just had our wedding at Paradise Cove this past weekend and it was the best weekend of our lives! Communication with Paradise Cove was fantastic and very effective throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and overall value was absolutely perfect - we felt luxurious from start to end. All of our guests are have been raving about the beautiful venue, the amazing experience, and the quality of the staff. The coordinators, Courtney & Luis went above and beyond to make our special day truly amazing, they were truly amazing!

Paradise Cove exceeded all of our expectations and we would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful, stress-free wedding venue.

My husband and I had our intimate elopement ceremony here in October 2024 and the day was nothing short of amazing. I was a little nervous going into the day without a rehearsal but our coordinators made it smooth and were there with us every step of the way. They took care of absolutely everything which made our day SO much more enjoyable and stress free. If I could do it all over again, I absolutely would!

Paradise Cove offered a breathtaking backdrop for our wedding day, with panoramic views that were truly unforgettable. The food and drinks were exceptional, and their inclusive package made the planning process much easier. They were able to find top-notch vendors that perfectly complemented our vision.

However, there were a few areas where we felt the experience could have been improved. We encountered some pushback on certain elements of our wedding, which was unexpected. Additionally, we wish we had been advised to limit our personal decorations in the beginning of the planning process as we had to then adjust our vision at the last second.

While we appreciated the efficiency of having multiple weddings per day, it did feel like our wedding was just one of many. We longed for a more personalized experience that would have allowed us to truly make the day our own.

Overall, Paradise Cove provided a beautiful setting for our wedding, but there were some aspects of the experience that left us wanting more. If you're considering this venue, be prepared to be flexible and communicate your vision clearly from the beginning.

We travelled from London, UK, in October 2024 to get married at Paradise Cove, drawn by the beautiful photos and glowing reviews. While the venue itself is stunning, our overall experience was far from what we expected.

The Bridal Suite
We paid for the largest intimate package, expecting a premium experience, but the bridal suite provided was in an unacceptable state. It was filthy, with makeup smeared on the walls, hair and dirt on the floor, and a heavily stained suede ottoman. While the venue has since replaced the ottoman, it doesn’t undo the fact I had to sit on it in my wedding dress. We later learned about an upstairs bridal suite offered to other packages, but this was never mentioned to us. If you’re booking an intimate package, be prepared for something subpar.

Coordination
The lack of direction from the coordinator added unnecessary stress. Despite an hour-long WhatsApp call discussing key details like timing and who would stand at the altar, on the day, my partner wasn’t prompted, leaving him feeling unsure and unsupported. Additionally, the public are allowed to walk along the left-hand side of the venue for watersports. People were visibly talking and watching at a kiosk near where we were taking photos, making the experience feel awkward and far from private.

Photography
The photography, handled by Castaldo Studio, was one of the biggest disappointments. Many photos were poorly framed, with visible tripods and the videographer in the background. We were told we received all photos, but the file sequence shows missing images, including key moments like a photo with our officiant. Most upsettingly, none of the photos from our first kiss are in focus, leaving us without a single usable image of this once-in-a-lifetime moment.

The photographer’s behaviour during the session was also inappropriate and cringeworthy. We were asked to "say something sexy" to each other, "growl" or "meow," and pose like superheroes or muscle men—completely unprofessional and at odds with the tone we wanted for our wedding. Additionally, we weren’t offered iconic shots around the venue, like along the jetty, which are prominently featured in their marketing. Editing was minimal and not at the standard advertised.

Venue Response
When we raised our concerns, we were told they had fulfilled their "contractual obligations." Their dismissive response offered little resolution, with excuses instead of accountability. Suggesting we "request additional edits" or reach out to the officiant for missing photos does not address the emotional impact of these shortcomings.

Conclusion
Paradise Cove is a beautiful venue, but our experience was overshadowed by poor coordination, unprofessional photography, and a lack of attention to detail. We paid for the largest intimate package expecting a premium experience, but what we received fell far short of what was advertised. If you’re considering this venue, especially from abroad, ask detailed questions to manage your expectations. Sadly, we’ll never get our wedding day back, and the memories we’re left with are not the ones we hoped for.

We loved this beautiful location and the DJ, catering, officiant, bakery, florist, and photography options that came with the package we chose. We were even able to upgrade and have a donkey serving beers at our cocktail hour, which was a huge hit! My only complaints for our venue staff were that they didn’t relay when we’d need to be ready by for the photographers and we were rushing to have everyone in the photos. Additionally, they let some guests in who were watching us take our first look photos. Lastly, I asked that they keep the film in our Polaroid refilled so that guests could put their photos into our guest book. The film wasn’t refilled once and we missed out on that memory. All in all, it was a beautiful wedding but we feel our coordinators didn’t communicate well and dropped the ball on something important to us.
