Best cab service ever had. Needed a ride back from garage doing work on my car and Bob was exactly on time very professional, good conversation about the mess this country has put itself in and very fair price. Absolutely will call him anytime vehicles are broke or need cab for any other reason. Called last minute said time and address of garage and back home in no time. Last time car broke down used Yellow cab and waited like 90 minutes late two times.

My best experience with a cab -- the driver was very social, friendly, reasonable, and courteous. He's compassionate as well, and picked me up when I was in trouble due to no public transportation in my area. All-around good and honest guy. I highly recommend him!

Amazing service. Bob does his best to be there on time when you need him. Often he shows up early. He runs a tight schedule and is quite busy but still tries to fit you in if you need it. The ride is not uncomfortable at all, there is always something to talk about. I have shared many of my views with Bob and I really enjoy the conversation. The service from Paradise City Taxi simply amazes me. I would never suggest another taxi service after using this one.

Bob did a great job as I had a hard time getting an UBER and Lyft service coming home from work so I had to look for a nearest car service. He also helped me carry my groceries and was very pleasant to talk to all throughout the ride.I would highly recommend him to anybody who needs a prompt ride to & from work. Although I was initially enthusiastic about this new cab company, it has become unbearable.

The owner, Bob, who does most of the driving for me, unfailingly subjects me to a diatribe of angry speeches on politics and immigration every time I ride with him. I rarely say anything, and when I do, he cuts me off or criticizes me. This goes on all the way to the destination and all the way home. He seems full of hatred and aggression, and always promotes extremely conservative and racist viewpoints. On the last ride, he even attacked teachers, although he knows that I was a teacher.

I have tried to "placate the abuser" by giving him homemade foodstuffs, and by speaking gently and pleasantly, and by listening politely. It has come to the point that I can no longer work with him. I am hurt and sad. Is he doing this because I am a female, or because I am older and physically damaged? Am I an easy target, or is he doing this to others?

My experience with this company was the same as Deborah Chartier and Everett Rubels's reviews. We inquired about service about a year and a half ago; I just asked a simple question about mask wearing and the owner said he didn't believe in that and I should look elsewhere then, he promptly hung up on me, not even waiting for me to agree or disagree. Seems like a very defensive, angry individual.
