I called the travel agent. She answered and said I am taking a class on line. Then hung up. This is very unprofessional. I would not use her service ever. This proves the agency is not looking out for the customer. In today’s on line options a travel agent should be more professional. Never use an agency that will not care about you as your money is your money. She lost out on a good customer. We are traveling with 6 people. That is not cheep. Her loss.
