Impossible to get a hold of, the address it gives in switzerland has no idea about Pango even existing and now they are taking money out of my card for a subscription i never signed up to because someone has managed to fraudulently steal my card details. I want and need a full refund. I have cancelled my card and the money is still going because someone agreed to pay a subscription. First of all, i don't even have a computer so why the hell would I need a hotspot shield and second of all it literally was nothing to do with me.
Please do something!

Beyond frustrating to deal with this company. Double billed for subscriptions, impossible to cancel subscriptions, complicated dashboard & customer service reps who are unwilling to help you. Interesting that the BBB can't find them as Pango in Redwood City, what are they hiding from?

Offices, cubes and spaces to meet. Not a complete open office floor plan. You can actually het some privacy to do some thinking and work done. Seems like the right idea to me.
