From sales to service Ioana is the most professional luxury watch associate I have worked with! Just browsing through the store with no intention to buy, I ended up, leaving after purchasing a beautiful rose gold luminor marina chrono. Follow up to the sales I needed service on a different watch, a submersible, and the communication and service was impeccable as well as the completed serviced watch. This will be the only Panerai store I purchase watches, or have my watches service through.!

Outstanding service from the Bal Harbour Panerai location. I was told over the phone that I only get the special part I needed for my watch from a certified Panerai location. I being in Maryland, I first tried the New York location. They took all of my information over the phone and I was told that they would give me a call back. Well I waited days and never got a call back. So I decided to try another location. And I was take care of by the wonderful Neila. She assured me that she was going to order my part immediately without delay. And she kept me posted on when it came in. And when it finally arrived, I was surprised to get it from Florida within 12 hours! Neila was fantastic to work with. And I have been anxious to start to wear my new watch and it was very comforting to know that someone was so steadfast into making that happen. Neila even sent me out tools so that I could repair my watch on my own and not have to waste anymore time taking it to a watch store. Which I was able to in a few minutes. Watch fits perfectly now. I’m very happy with the service that Panerai provided me. Luxury watch and luxury service to match ⌚️

I am so happy to say that Neila is the most attentive, knowledgeable, courteous person I have EVER met when buying anything anywhere, EVER! She knows all the answers to everything Panerai. We went into the Bal harbour store to buy one timepiece and ended up buying two. She makes the whole thing feel like you got all and more than you expected. She enjoys teaching her customers about Panerai and wants you to leave happy and smiling. She delivered my other strap I bought at a later date exactly when she said she would. Panerai is lucky to have her as their representative.

I have purchased watches I Switzerland, Italy, Dubai, Hong Kong and all over the USA!! My first Panerai Boutique experience was in Beverly Hills where I got little help and plenty of attitude from the staff.

Rodrigo at Panerai Boutique Bal Harbor was amazing from the first minute I walked into the store. He showed me watches I asked about from window displays, but also made certain to show me a very unique limited edition watch. Rodrigo is clearly a “watch guy”. So passionate about the watches and truly interested in finding the right watch.

Since my first encountered with Rodrigo, he has regularly updated me on the newest watches as the are introduced by Panerai.

I have a sizable collection already, but Rodrigo has inspired me to expand it further!!

I recently needed a deployment clasp for my daily watch. Rodrigo found what I needed and had it delivered to my doorstep within 18 hours!!! Now THAT is customer service!!

Nelia Provides outstanding customer service each and every time I visit this boutique.

Driving to BalHarbor is a huge inconvenience for me traffic and the downtown Miami design district Panerai is actually closer to me but I find this boutique and this particular location especially with Particular attention for a customer satisfaction and excellence provided by Nelia Nobre.
