Rich & his team were amazing for our wedding in September! Not only were they affordable & easy to work with. They did all the dirty work with the tent & bistro lights, & let us move the remaining items into place ourselves. I can't thank them enough for handling everything so we could enjoy our time elsewhere & sleep in on pickup day. If you need rentals on the Forgotten Coast, Panache should be your first call!

Rich and Rocky are my go-to crew for rentals! They take on so much throughout the year and really deserve all the credit and respect for all that they do. I have seen them over the past two years working with them on events put in the hard labor (especially in crazy rain, heat and cold), work the hard hours on weekends, go the extra mile to rush back over if we need a change, drive miles and miles for parts we needed last minute, and so much more. As an event director, is essential to have a team like Panache. I'm grateful for all that they do!

My rental request was first given to Panache Rentals for 9am Sat in Port St Joe. I was there at 8:45 for paperwork and pick up, and waited til after 9am for someone to show up. However, Panache used my rental reservation for their private event, another one of Panache's business ventures. As a result they no longer had my rental truck available. They pushed my reservation request that morning to Sunny Day Storage. They did not notify me of the change, and were very dismissive. They said they did not have my truck anymore and I needed to travel to Sunny Day Storage to pick up my reservation for a new truck (26 foot), which was not the 20 foot truck I reserved. Sunny Day Self Storage does not open until 10am to pick up.
Reservation was made weeks in advance, for 20-foot truck, pick up at 9am which is when we hired the movers to start. None of this occurred, because of Panache Rental. Do not ever rent/reserve U-Haul from them. Save yourself the uncertainty and the headache.
Thankfully, Sunny Day Self Storage was very helpful. Despite the unprofessional situation of Panache Rental, the Sunny Day Self Storage was honest, and reliable. Moving is stressful enough, I do not recommend using Panache Rental for any UHaul service in Gulf County. Sunny Day Storage should have been, and will now be our first choice for U-Haul service in Port St Joe.

We are so grateful to Rich and his team at Panache Tent & Events Rentals. We had a large wedding event in our backyard with a last minute rain forecast. Rich was quick to respond to our need for several tents, lighting, etc. and within 24 hours had our backyard ready for our guests and the incoming rain. Though our daughter wanted an open air reception and was concerned about how the tents would change the ambiance, Rich and his team made the backyard a cozy, intimate space for our guests in the midst of the rain. With the quick, professional and expertise we Highly recommend Panache for your next event.

Rich from Panache tent rental company might have single-handedly saved my wedding! After a miscommunication from our event space about having a tent on standby, Panache saved us the week of our wedding (which was outside during tropical storm Nicholas). Rich was professional, courteous, and quick to respond. I could not appreciate Rich and this company more, I wish I could give them more stars! The tent was perfect and very reasonably priced. If you need a tent for a wedding or any event, this company will deliver exactly what you need.

In April of 2021 I ordered white fold out chairs for my daughter’s outdoor wedding and requested that they be delivered by noon on the day of the wedding (Sat), which was to be held that evening. I was contacted by Rich a couple days before the event and informed the chairs would be delivered and set up a day early for the convenience of the company. That was fine, I didn’t have a problem with helping someone out. Early Friday morning we learned that there was a change in weather with an 80% chance of rain forecasted on Saturday at 4 pm. Immediately I began calling and messaging Rich to tell him that we would have to move the wedding inside the church and that I needed to cancel/discuss my order, which I had pre-paid 100%. He never answered or returned any of my calls/voicemails or text messages and I began to panic/be concerned that it might be deliberate avoidance. Finally around 10:30 am, I text again and informed him that I had made numerous efforts in good faith to reach him all morning and he wasn’t responding so if his drivers showed up with the chair delivery that I would immediately send them back because I couldn’t use the chairs due to the rain/change in venue. {He had made the decision to deliver a day early for his own convenience, not at my request.} Out of consideration, I didn’t want his staff to unnecessarily load or travel the 1 hour distance to make the delivery. At that point, he called me right back and said that the chairs were already loaded on a truck and the delivery guys had already started driving and he would have to contact them to turn around. I do not believe this to be true. Nevertheless, I’m reasonable and I did not ask for a full refund but I did request that he refund me a “portion which he felt was fair” of the $750. that he had been paid for services. He told me that he would reimburse me, that he was too busy with events to discuss in detail at that time but that he would get back in touch with me within 2 weeks and we would work something out; to which I agreed. Rich has never called back or returned my last call from 10 months ago. As a local, I’m very disappointed and will NEVER use Panache services for any event nor will we recommend Panache to anyone. This is not an ethical way to conduct business nor will it generate returning satisfied customers. Lesson learned. in the long run, it’s his loss. On a positive note, I did find another event rental company nearby and have been very pleased with their wonderful service, communication and professionalism.

"THIEF BY DECEPTION". After hurricane Ian scare, that did not come to our area, we called and emailed to cancel and reschedule, but cancelled all together. We paid in full, and they will not return phone calls, emails or refuse to refund the amount overpaid by the deposit, which is 50% of total paid. Filing a civil complaint. All along, saying "no problem" with initial phone conversations. After months of emails and phone calls, company will not respond. No reply whatsoever. This is not how you treat your customers. NO RESPECT FOR COURTESY.
