We had the absolute pleasure of working with Pam to plan our wedding of 130 people at in Boulder, and we can confidently say that she was an invaluable part of making our day perfect. From the very beginning, Pam took charge of coordinating with all of our vendors, helping us stay on top of timelines, and ensuring everything was organized down to the finest detail. Her communication was exceptional, and she made sure we always knew where we stood in the planning process. Pam kept us accountable in the most supportive way, never overwhelming us but making sure we were moving forward when needed.

One of the things we appreciated most about Pam was her ability to guide us while still giving us the space to make our own decisions. She would gently suggest what she thought was best, but never pressured us, always leaving the final choice up to us. Her planning sheets were a lifesaver, keeping everything clear and easy to follow, and she was incredibly proactive in handling vendor communications, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Pam also brought creative ideas and details to the table that we would have never thought of ourselves, adding special touches that made our day even more memorable.

She was genuinely excited about our wedding, which made the planning process so enjoyable. I’m very much a type A person, so I really struggled coming to terms with the fact that hiring a planner for our wedding was going to be the best decision for my husband and I to truly enjoy the planning process and most importantly enjoy our special day. We hired Pam a few months out from our wedding which meant we already had most of our vendors contracted; however, from day one she took over seamlessly, asked all the right questions, introduced herself to our vendors and off she went. From that moment on she took over the planning process all the way through our wedding day. Pam was amazing every step of the way! Pam was AMAZING and a total life saver. My husband and I whipped together our wedding in 31 days due to my father being diagnosed with cancer and me wanting him to walk me down the aisle while he was still healthy. Without Pam it would of been a total mayhem. Mainly cause we held it at my brothers beautiful home who had never had a wedding there before. Everything had to be brought in ... the tables, chairs, linens, liquor, bar, tent, plates, you name it and Pam spear headed that whole endeavor.

I'm a wedding photographer so I knew a bit about what was needed and certain vendors I wanted, but Pam had suggestions that I would of never thought of including where to hold the ceremony, finding a parking lot for everyone to park, shutting down the street so no cars would drive by during the ceremony, thoughts on where to put the tables, guiding us on city locates and utilities so we could plant a tent, recommendations on lighting and also directing people on where to put everything. There is SO MUCH that goes into a wedding and to pull it all off in 31 days was a miracle. We couldn't of done it without her especially day of the wedding where having a go-to point person was key.

Thank you Pam for all your hard work, last minute rushes and calm demeanor through it all. We had the wedding of my dreams in a month and everyone said it was one of the most emotional, beautiful and happy weddings they've attended. So much of that is because the wizard behind the curtain (you) made sure it all went smoothly and everyone was happy.
