I was initially skeptical when my friend said we would be using a travel agent to plan out our trip. After all, it was just a couple of days bookending our Greek cruise and there are so many resources on the internet for Athens and Istanbul. Looking back, I now know that the trip would have been totally different - and definitely not as relaxing - had we tried to organize everything by ourselves.
Paloma’s experience and expertise was apparent in every conversation and suggestion she made. She was sensitive to my family’s needs, including budget and the interests and comfort of my kids. The tours she booked for us were great, and the timing of the tours all worked out - avoiding crowds and lines at certain times. Her restaurant recommendations were spot on for what we were looking for.
I can’t say enough about the peace of mind of having everything organized. Paloma provided a detailed, daily itinerary through an app, arranged for all of our private car transports, and was available for any emergencies that came up. She even had practical travel tips like when to prepare for long car rides or how much cash to have on hand for gratuities.
I can definitely say this was a stress free vacation, and would definitely recommend working with Paloma if you want to get the most out of your time off.

Paloma created such a special trip for me and John. She provided suggestions on where to visit while in Bangkok which led us to Chiang Mai - one of our favorite places! Paloma reached out to us when a tour operator updated pick up information and during that interaction; turns out we were overly ambitious with activities and were worn out, Paloma promptly cancelled a tour for us. I've used Paloma's services and expertise in the past with visiting Morocco and am currently utilizing her services for a trip to Turkey and Italy with friends in 2024. She is also well versed with cruises lines and is planning my Antarctica trip in 2025. Paloma is a wealth of information with traveling the globe, provides thoughtful ideas for traveling with and without kiddos and as a single.

I will never take a vacation abroad again without having Paloma curate it for me. Our trip was glorious! We had all the information we needed to do all the things we wanted to do in Spain. Our guides were top notch. Our drivers were wonderful. When we were doing things on our own we had all the info we needed to make the most of our time.
I know that Paloma saved me much more money than she charged me for her services and would gladly pay her double for the service she provided.
