We really enjoy the beer and bacon brunch at Caledonia brewery! First was the stuffed mushrooms! So good. Then the Cajun biscuit with eggs and gravy! So flavorful! The croque monsieur was so crispy! The salad and whiskey cake was also great. We will be back for the next bacon and brunch!

Exceptional Thanksgiving Catering!

I contracted with Chef John for my husband's 75th birthday party and he did a splendid job! I planned a picnic day time party and Chef John created a wonderful meal that was served in individual white cardboard boxes. His team made delicious cupcakes for dessert that were fluffy and beautiful. My guests raved about the food! I would totally recommend his services! We will absolutely use him again!

Chef John and his team did an outstanding job catering our event. The food was amazing and his staff was professional and very prompt for the initial set up and throughout the event helping with our needs. Went to the bacon brunch at Caledonia, the food was amazing, so fresh, and full of flavor! The cheeseburger bacon mushrooms was outstanding, every course was so flavorful and so imaginative! I am leaving very full and happy. We love the chefs and will be back!

My wife bought this as a Christmas gift. Chef John and Vhef Debbie and all their team were amazing. I'm hesitant to cook fish but after tonight, I'll be cooking fish. Chef John was at our flounder station giving us tips and really made the experience. The seafood chowder was excellent! We will be returning the next time we have family visiting from out of town. The whole evening was amazing!

We had a fundraiser for our community theater initiative. I worked with Palte Culinary Services and was so pleased with the result. Chef John was easy to work with to do menu selection and Debbie led the team to culminate into the perfect evening.
Fantastic food. It was tasty, came to the table fresh and hot and we received many kudos from our guests!
The service was on point and they left our facility clean and orderly!
