Our wedding venue setup was so elegant and beautiful all thanks to Palacios. What they did was everything we could ever ask for and more. We found Palacios Rentals through a preferred vendor list from our venue at Lakewood Ranch Golf & Country Club.
We got the ceiling with drapery and twinkle lights, wall drapery with twinkle lights behind the sweetheart table, and crossback chairs with white burlap pads.
They were efficient and timely. They coordinated with our venue coordinator and had the setup already done the day before the wedding. They were prompt with communication via email and responded within 1-2 days. Their setup was exactly what we asked for and it made our wedding day that much better!

Palacios provided the lighting for our wedding at the Ringling. They were knowledgeable, professional, had fair prices, and were quick to respond. I worked with Guillermo and he was very helpful!

To start on a positive note- in the end, the lights looked great, but their communication was terrible, once they got our deposit. Dealing with them was one of the most stressful parts of our wedding. I even had to email them 3 times to ask when our second payment was due and remind them that I never got an invoice. They were extremely disorganized. I told them multiple times they could set up any time on Thursday or before 5 on Friday but they couldn’t commit to a time until a few days before the wedding. They were supposed to come on Thursday afternoon and they never showed up. I called them and they told me they couldn’t come until after 5 on Friday because they have a big wedding to set up for. After getting quite annoyed with them, they agreed to come earlier on Friday but again, came hours later than they were supposed to and I had to call and text multiple times. They also over charged me for trusses they didn’t use, but luckily they forgot to send me the invoice until a couple of days before the wedding, and since they were being so flakey, I waited to pay until after they showed up, so I was able to get it off the bill. There was never even an apology anywhere along the way
